Dusupay is very reliable to withdraw…

Dusupay is very reliable to withdraw funds from Deriv to mpesa.but it just disappeared without any notice leaving people who deposited through it stranded on time of withdrawal.......is it mantaince or withdrawal using Dusupay is over?

Dusupay team is very responsive and fast

I got in touch with dusupay few weeks ago but their service delivery has been outstanding so far. Their legal team is up to the task and general service is as fast as the speed of lightening

This has been a great e-wallet…

This has been a great e-wallet transaction agent on Deriv trading platform but the challenge with them is the lack of communication. There withdrawal platform just disappears from the trading platform for days without any prior client communication.
We would wish, incase of system maintenance or upgrade, there should be communication flow so that someone prepares themselves accordingly. It really frustrates.
