All expectations were absolutely met. The customer support service was prompt and friendly. Prior to starting the work, the Dukalis team conducted a detailed demo and remained in constant communication during the preparation of our first prioritization and afterwards.

What tasks should be addressed by the development team as a top priority based on the opinions of the entire team?

The product allows:

- organize processes around the task of prioritizing the backlog

- involve the whole team in this process

- have complete and comprehensive information about the task, which allows you to plan better

Key features:

- the ability to implement any evaluation methodology (there are several dozen ready-made, plus you can make your own completely)

- reverse priority exchange with tracker systems

- tools for organizing team discussion on assessments (highlighting controversial tasks)

- public boards with a roadmap of the project, which can be shared with clients and involve them in prioritization, too.

The main target audience now, according to my communication with the founder, is the enterprise or so. Implement the product in the form of a private cloud solution.

Support – operational support, mainly the product founder himself is responsible. There was a problem with payment, because they work mainly for Europe now, they quickly decided, found a way. There were several comments and suggestions on the functionality, several were immediately corrected, the rest were discussed, entered into the backlog.

The team – there is little information on the team. Small, about 3-5 people. I am only familiar with the founder, pleasant in communication, leaves the impression of a very intelligent person in his field, like a serial startup. Actively leads the linkedIn, talks about the methodology of evaluation and prioritization.

It would be cool to optimize the work in Safari, sometimes it slows down. Otherwise, there is nothing more to find fault with, I like everything!)

You can't beat the price for feature value with Ducalis. I've tried several other open source and commercial offerings for road mapping and customer feedback software and the features were either lacking, or the price was astronomical. I ran into an issue once trying to get the widget to work and their team got me unstuck within the hour.

I need the ability to interact with my customer base so they can upvote and submit the ideas that matter to them. It helps our team prioritize what matters to our customers. Ducalis makes this a super easy thing to do.

Others are way too expensive or require a long commitment. Then, I came across Ducalis and from the start, I realised it was the right tool for my team, as it avoided said problems. A super-straight integration and smooth usage helped onboard us and got the team into Ducalis.

Furthermore, the support is second to none, as answers are quick and straight to the problem. They have also been keen to support our needs and get our suggestions into their backlog. I love this tool's flexibility and constant evolution and fully recommend Ducalis.

The integration with Jira worked wonders, yet I missed other integrations, such as Notion, yet I know the team is on the case to make that happen.

Having a simple yet effective way to prioritise the team's work

With the help of Ducallis, we have created a public board where users can offer new features and vote for them - this allowed us to better understand the needs of our customers. The development process has become transparent for both the team and customers - they see all the statuses of tasks in real time and understand how much their idea is in demand.

At the moment, we lack the function of writing public release notes to ideas so that users understand how to use them. But we regularly communicate with the Ducallis team. Some of the features we offered have already been developed. The Ducallis team also has a public board where we can offer ideas for improvements.

The main task we solved is to prioritize the backlog of tasks. We have more than 300 functions in our backlog that users or team offer - to choose the right task to do next, we use Ducalis, look at the voices of our customers and teams. This helps us not to make mistakes and make really important features for business.

Most of all we use voting bords. This is an indispensable tool for any SaaS company. We've been using it for over a year now. We and our clients love it

Nothing. During the entire period of use, we had questions only a few times, but the support team solved them in a short time.

Prioritization of user requests. Our clients see ideas and requests on the board. They can vote for the feature they are interested in. And when the opportunity is implemented, the user will receive a notification. This is very cool.
