Its intuitive interface and robust features have streamlined our data protection processes, significantly reducing the time and resources we previously spent on data management.

One of the most impressive aspects of Druva is its seamless integration with our existing infrastructure. The platform supports various environments, which made the transition smooth and hassle-free. The cloud-native architecture means we didn't have to invest in additional hardware, a cost-effective benefit that can't be overstated.

Data security is a top priority for us, and Druva's advanced security features, including encryption and continuous monitoring, have provided us with peace of mind. The platform's compliance with global data protection regulations has been crucial for our operations, especially considering the diverse locations of our teams and clients.

Another standout feature is Druva's data recovery capabilities. The platform ensures that our data is not only well-protected but also easily recoverable in the event of any incident. The recovery process is quick and reliable, minimizing potential downtime and ensuring business continuity.

The analytics and reporting tools have also been beneficial, offering insights that help us make informed decisions about our data management strategies. The proactive alerts and automated policy recommendations have helped us stay ahead of potential issues.

"From unconfident to confident..."
What do you like best about Druva Data Resiliency Cloud?

We migrated from an on premise replictation solution that had become rather cumbersome to maintain. The confidence that we could restore on that solution was lacking. Not to mention, the GUI was not friendly or intuitive and we identified the need to move to a new solution. The hardware agnostic approach that Druva provides was exactly what we were looking for in a replication/backup solution. We also leveraged their backup solutions for O365 data. It is very comforting to test backups/restores and concretely see them succeed every day. The onboarding support was phenomenal and customer service has continued to be excellent even after onboarding.

What do you dislike about Druva Data Resiliency Cloud?

The only downside, and I don't know that I would call it a downside, is the level of effort to make sure all systems are covered properly. I imagine this is simply an effort requirement for any backup/restore solution. This solution is also highly dependent on your internet bandwidth...so make sure you size appropriately for the solution to be effective.

What problems is Druva Data Resiliency Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Druva is providing positive movement towards RTO/RPO initiatives in our company. We look forward to levaraging their technologies further to become more resilient and offer our company an even better RTO/RPO in the future.

"Easy to administer and works very well."
What do you like best about Druva Data Resiliency Cloud?

The admin portal is very straight forward and it is easy to find the things you are looking for without clicking through endless screens.

What do you dislike about Druva Data Resiliency Cloud?

I have not really seen any downsides to the product yet, although we have only been using it for about 2 months now.

What problems is Druva Data Resiliency Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Druva is enabling us to have a much cleaner data recovery process, especially as it related to end user restores, making it very easy for them to see what data was recovered/restored in a way that is easy to explain to them and for them to find once restored.

"Easy deployment and friendly console, very reliable."
What do you like best about Druva Data Resiliency Cloud?

Easy integration with fully compatible with our current systems and vmware.

deployment period was short and easy.

Customer support is highly professional and easy to reach for assistance

What do you dislike about Druva Data Resiliency Cloud?

needs to watch out for credit consumption and pre-calculate the usage.

What problems is Druva Data Resiliency Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a backup solution for Virtual servers and O365, and remote storage for DR under one console.

we tested three solutions including pricing, storage usage, and a friendly recovery process, and decided to go with Druva.

Implementation was easy and within a short period of two weeks all backup jobs were configured and ready to roll, it depends on the data size but the process is running on the background.

M365 is easy and running from day one.

"Great no-coding SaaS backup and data resiliency solution."
What do you like best about Druva Data Resiliency Cloud?

Deployment was relativelly easy and Druva requires little day-to-day maintainance. There are many features that allow for the backup to be costomised in accordance with individual needs. Ability to cryptographically lock the backup to prevent tampering attempts is also very helpful, especially in the context of ransomware-related risks.

What do you dislike about Druva Data Resiliency Cloud?

It was not technically possible to have Druva nativelly store the Salesforce backup in a European jurisdiciton.

What problems is Druva Data Resiliency Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Druva allows us to backup core cloud data storeges as well as endpoints (laptops) in an external location and easily recover from such backup when needed. This improves our data resiliency, makes us less exposed to various attacks, enhances our disaster recovery, and generally prevents data loss. We also use Druva to comply with eDiscovery requiremetns and to address the risk of ransomware.
