It somehow elegantly and expertly manages to be both robust without being clunky, overwhelming, or visually messy.

I think one of the biggest boosts for me was the access to keyword research. Keyword volume, ranking difficulty and competion, a lot of what we need to build better websites for our customers. Their customer support is also fantastic. I use the platform frequently and it has been a huge improvement in the work we do.

There is a bit of a learning curve as Dragon Metrics is jammed pack with tools, features, and educational content. Nevertheless the support team offers tips, insight, and opportunitues to connect with them to learn how to leverage the platform.

Report Builder, hands down. Its a brilliant way to summarise organic performance for any type of stakeholder. It is easy to set up and very visually engaging. You can also integrate data from other sources like Google Search Console and Google Analytics alongside ranking data.

Dragon Metrics can be quite buggy at times. However, their customer support is exceptionally good and bugs get fixed fast once you report them over live chat.

It allows us to analyse competitors and track our clients' visibility in any market on Earth, within a variety of search engines. It also allows us to justify our activity and report on successes and learnings.

The extensive tagging and filtering options allow you to easily segment and compare data. The report builder is incredibly customizable. The keyword research tool is one of the most comprehensive that I have seen. This is an all-in-one tool that is easy to use and offers actionable insights and the customer service is amazing. They are constantly adding new features (which is a great thing!) and at times can be tough to keep up with these product impovements. But their support like no other and they alway willing to jump on a call and demo anything we have questions on.

Dragon Metrics has helped increase our online visibility. The competitor analysis tools, along with the keyword research features, offer great insights on how to optimize our content to gain a competitive edge.

Outside of the keyword research/tracking and technical SEO features, I really like the report builder which they've recently upgraded. With Google Search Console and Google Analytics integrated, it's very quick and easy to get a basic report template in place that combines keyword performance combined with analytics and technical information. I've worked with Dragon Metrics both in-house and for an agency, and on both counts it helps to save a huge amount of time manually consolidating and building reports from various data sources. While the share link for the published report makes it easier to share across large organizations for viewing.

I'm interested to see what they will be able to with incorporating AI into the product, including the ability to query report builder constructed reports.

keyword research, keyword tracking, technical SEO issues, and monthly reporting are the core problems Dragon Metrics has supported me with. Each is of immense value, but the ability to quickly generate a good top-down report that consolidates all of these is incredibly useful.

Unrivalled customizable report builder with options to not only see keyword, links, competitors related dashboard but also CVW, HTTP status codes errors, GSC errors including solutions. I have been working with many major tools in my career but have never been working with a better tool.

It is such a complex all-in-one tool that using every feature of it might seem mission impossible in the beginning but their documentation and support helps a lot.

I really like Dragon Metrics! We use Dragon Metrics for tracking different updates and campaigns as well as for the standard SEO. I moved over to Dragon Metrics when one of their more well-known competitors upped their prices about a year back. Since then, I haven't looked back.

Dragon Metrics is easy to use, and was simple to implement.

Feature-wise it contains everything I need as an SEO consultant and I really like the fact that it feels connected, rather than feeling like a load of separate tools.

Report Builder is my favourite feature by far as it's allowed me to create reports for monthly clients, perspective clients and one-off audit clients really quickly, without compromising on data quality. And as someone who specialises in iSEO, I'm grateful that it services all of the major search engines including the likes of seznam.cz and works really well in less commonly-served languages like Czech.

Having instant customer service via live chat is really useful, and the team are all so friendly and helpful.

I've had one or two occasions where bigger sites have blocked Dragonbot (their crawler) from crawling, but the team have instructions on how to deal with it and helped me almost instantaneously.

Apart from that, I haven't come across anything I dislike.

As I work in iSEO, a lot of tools can't deal with the search engines or languages I need, and if they do, the data quality is not very good. Luckily, Dragon Metrics is the only tool that really does meet the needs of global SEOs.

Reporting is time consuming, so being able to automate reports saves me loads of time.

As a one-man business, I don't have a massive tool budget so the fact you get a great tool at a very reasonable price is really helpful.

It's also really nice to have a personal relationship with your tool provider - I know I'm always going to get support if I need it and fast unlike having to go through a ticketing system.
