Doximity Dialer Video Reviews

The ease of use for Doximity is wonderful... Especially when it comes to our elder population. Being able to tell the patients to click allows audio and video and being able to conduct the video visits.

I don't really have a dislike at the moment. I know a lot of patients ask if we can send the link to multiple people or send an email but at the moment we explain that we aren't familiar with those features.

We chose Doximity over Healow video as well as secure video. I believe that Doximity benefits our practice because the physicians are able to do the videos everywhere with ease.

Its simplicity is the best feature. All you need is a video link and even a technologically naive patient can join the video call.

Sometimes the connection is not ideal but that can depend on the Wi-Fi or my phone data coverage.

Giving me and my patients a chance to have a medicine visit without seeing each other in-person to maintain isolation precautions

This is very user friendly when I need to call patients and not have my personal phone number show up.

Video quality is spotty at times which may not be the fault of the software but of internet service.

Better video quality would be helpful

Video interruptions is theonly issue. Very helpful when need to contact patient outside of the office.

Doximity is great. It allowed our practice to continue operating once people began working from home. We have a very heavy call volume and this program allowed the nurses to call patients from home securely using their cell phones while protecting their own privacy.

Would be very helpful if the app user could have a callback number to reach them. There was no way for us to instruct patients to call us back without giving our personal cell phone numbers.

Definitely worth looking into if you are trying to shift your healthcare practice to a more virtual platform.

Working from home with covid. Allowed us to realize that our job is actually possible to do from home!

The most helpful thing is that you can easily look up office information and find other clinicians.

The downside is the fact that it does not want to work well with your cell, you either have trouble logging in or when you do dial it just disconnects.

Honestly there is not much that is beneficial at the moment with all of the issues.
