The win/loss program is providing us objective insights into the buying process and into how the market views our solution that we didn't have previously.
They're incredibly organized and they have a process that just works. We'd used 3 other vendors before but none of them had as thorough of a process for aligning stakeholder priorities with the interivew guide or pre-interview survey that DoubleCheck uses as part of their process. With DoubleCheck its clear they know how to conduct interviews without reading word for word off of a script - this was NOT our experience with other W/L vedors - including Clozd.
Nothing. They exceeded my expecations and we view them as a critical part of our team.
DoubleCheck isn't selling a W/L dashboard like some of the other W/L firms out there. They're selling their process and their interivewing skills. We struggled to find the right partner for almost a year but after 3 "pilot" interviews with DoubleCheck we knew that search was over. They're making our business better. Plain and simple.

I can't think of anything that I dislike. At times they can be busy with competing priorities, but they are good about communicating any delays.
Doublecheck helps us to conduct win-loss, churn and renewal-related surveys and interviews with clients and prospects. They conduct the research, provide analysis about the results and make reccomendations about about to improve the program.
The team was an absolute joy to work with. They were communicative, responsive, collaborative, warm, and understanding of my team's resource limitations. The final deliverables were also top-notch and delivered in a very timely manner.

We're in the nascent phases of building a win-loss program. DoubleCheck was instrumental in helping us gather some key insights much sooner than we would have been otherwise able.
The conversation is continuous and our research team is constantly adapting their interview approach based on emerging insights and trends. This allows us to move from anecdotes to facts to insights to action.
The quantitative pre-interview survey elements are clunky to download and process. Specifically, cutting the insights by outcome or demographic elements is difficult to do in the tool, requiring the user to download and cut the data outside the system.
Understand what will drive value to your organization in using a third party research vendor. For us, that was deep industry knowledge and a seasoned research team that can bring in insights from past experience and a nuanced understanding of the industry dynamics. We selected DoubleCheck after a detailed and competitive selection process and have been impressed with the insights they have delivered.
Doublecheck is helping with our market analysis. We've developed a better understanding of what is driving decisions and what our customers care about in order to evolve our product and approach.
