Doorbell supports different types of data collection from customers like NPS surveys, star ratings, etc.

The default forms from doorbell could definitely look more modern and also needs to be more accessible. The doorbell classification of feedback as Positive, negative and Neutral is not correct many times, and could be better at learning and understanding human language and expression, which I am expecting to get better as the Algorithm learns

Doorbell solves the problem of capturing in-app customer feedback via pop-up forms. Doorbell also provides amazing dashboard for data visualization and provides easy way to respond to customer feedback via email.

It helps to know about if any thief attacking or avoiding for robbery. It activates when the visitor presses the button of the doorbell, or alternatively, when the doorbell senses a visitor with its built-in motion sensors.The smart doorbell lets the home owner use a smartphone app to watch and talk with the visitor by using the doorbell's built-in high-definition infrared camera and microphone.[1] Some smart doorbells also allow the user to open the door remotely using a smart lock(which performs locking and unlocking operation automatically).

We wanted a simple low cost way to collect user feedback and questions and doorbell fit that criteria. It was simple to add in and does not look like chat. We did not want our end users to expect fast responses that chat tools necessitate. Just a simple feedback widget.

I love how it doesn't cost too much more to add additional recipients and also how it easily integrates into slack so the entire tool can be operated from within slack and email. It lets feedback be shared openly within slack to our product and eng teams as well as the core CS team who replies to the user submissions.

NPS was tested but was a bust, users didn't really fill it in and it made it more cumbersome to use. I wish also that replies from us would pop back up in the browser the user had left feedback on the next time they logged in. Right now it goes to their email.
