Dooly has been a huge time saver me! Before Dooly, keeping accounts up to date in Salesforce was a huge hassel. Field had to be updated independently and I have to navigate from account to account. Dooly makes it super easy to instantly update Salesforce fields for multiple accounts at once in as few clicks as possible. The ease of use has actually translated to more detailed notes and more success on deals. I'm not forgetting to update accounts/opps simply because I dread the process.
Using Dooly for the first time was a little challenging. I found the UI to not be super intuitive but learned quickly with usage. Getting templates created and saved was the most challenging part but not a real headache once you get the hang of it.
Dooly solves for the super time consuming process of updating accounts/opps in Salesforce. One screen to update multiple relevant fields in an acocunt is a huge time saver.

It's so great and enables me to manage my pipeline + notes in a single pane of glass. Interface is useful and saves me a lot of time updating my notes and the metadata fields.
If only it has a mobile app. I'm not sure if there's not enough demand but so often do we front line staff need to do our work while on the go.

As a sales rep, Dooly makes it extremely easy to update my pipeline quickly. Typically this is a total pain in SFDC since you have to update your opportunities one by one. Deal review with my manager is also easier for the same reason.
I think this is more of a SFDC setup error on our part, but there are times when Dooly won't let me update my opportunities because we have logic that will prevent moving to the next stage unless certain criteria has been filled out. Overall no complaints on actually using Dooly.
Dooly solves the age-old issue of updating SFDC opportunity by opportunity, line by line. SFDC is great as a whole, but Dooly is the tool I turn to when I need to make changes to my pipeline.
