We have found DonorSearch to be a very simple but useful tool for Wealth Screening. The batch screening process and the individual Integrated Searches are both very easy to use and are very helpful tools in targeting potential donors.

We perform searches weekly but the inforamtion gathered is used daily by our relationship managers.

There is really no downside to DonorSearch and nothing we dislike.

Our base of donors is limited in the number of major gift prospects. Using DonorSearch results we are able to focus our efforts in identifying hidden gems and then refine messages and asks of those potential major donors. DonorSearch is also helping to uncover potential major gift prospects cuurently not in our donor database.

The ability to identify major gift prospects in our current base and outside that base is essential for increasing the financial support our organization needs.

You can find people with capacity. Reaching someone like Mike Bronson made my DonorSearch experience worthwhile !

The main thing that differentiates DonorSearch from it's competitors, in my experience, is its versatility. Not only does it provide comprehensive profiles and wealth screenings on donors, it also has multiple types of search functionality to assist with individual, corporate, and foundation prospect research. This is especially helpful for me, since I'm a prospect research team of one! I have also had exceptional customer service while using Donorsearch, and this makes a HUGE difference.

Very few downsides in my experience. Probably the limited number of screenings and user licenses are what I dislike the most, although additional quantities of both are available to purchase on top of your contract!

Donorsearch helps us find difficult to locate information about our donors, and compiles a huge amount of information all in one place! As a research team of one, this is so incredibly valuable and saves a huge amount of time.

What is most helpful about DonorSearch, aside from the great customer service, is the ease of use and integration into our existing CRM and processes. We were able to implement platforms and data immediately into our day to day work and we refer to these frequently in our prospect management and identification processes.

While data and scores are welcomed by data professionals, there is a bit of a learning curve with frontend fundraisers, especially when implementing tiers and scores into prospect management.

DonorSearch is allowing us to segement newly identified prospects and build a robust pipeline using verified and reliable data.

I love how it is integrated with RaisersEdge NXT

I do not have any dislikes. DonorSearch is a very helpful tool.

It is helping me generate the data needed to find appropriate prospects.

Extensive amount of donor information available.

Currently still learning how to extract donor information into NXT.

Navigating the website for ease of use.

DonorSearch takes the guess work out of development. The tools support our team and saves countless hours of research by aggregating data in a user-friendly way.

The only downside is not learning about DonorSearch sooner. Our team feels more confident about which prospects to shortlist and invest our time cultivating.

DonorSearch is providing our organization with more data to learn more about companies, donors and foundations that may be a fit for the organization.

I am new to DonorSearch, but in just 45 minutes, Steve went over the basics and explained how to access self-directed webinars and trainings. I'm looking forward to creating our inner circle list and intergrating with our CRM. Excellent customer support/training.

I haven't had the chance to use DonorSearch as yet, so no dislikes as yet.

Foundation reserach; donor research

I love that DonorSearch offers short video tutrials to help answer many questions. The customer services provided by Steve F has been incredible and extremely helpful. The progream is very easy to use, and user friendly. My team is able to log on and use it on a weekly basis if not more to better our fundraising goals.

I think a person can get lost with so many ways to use DonorSearch and having a specific task or tool to focus on throughout the program can be useful.

DonorSearch is helping our organization build on fundraising goals and getting new prospects to generate a larger donor circle.

I love that DonorSearch integrates with Bloomerang. The customer service is excellent. Steve at DonorSearcg is the best!

There are only a few issues with donorsearch that I've experienced, but they're mostly due to issues on Bloomerang's end with the integration

Donorsearch is helping us build prospective donor lists and research existing donors. It's allowing us to ask for more accurate amounts of money from our donors and develop a comprehensive understanding of their giving trends.
