For 20 years I looked for a program that would give our lead members information on all their donors, accounting and fund balances and only theirs. Donor Hub is it.
If it it had native CRM built in as all in one it would be fantastic but there are many third party solutions that work.
We used to have to generate numerous reports every month for all our projects for the Lead members. Now we don't generate any and info is always up to date.
I like that it has both the income and expenses on one page
I don't really have a dislike, all of my questions were answered and fixed

I don't really dislike anything. I would prefer a little more control over settings, but Troy is quick to change them for us, so not even an issue
Financial reports can now be accessed directly here by our staff instead of waiting on a report, or calling in for questions
We moved to Donor Hub from a self-hosted custom web service. The move was very smooth, almost entirely without our effort involved. The support from Troy has been amazing, and he accommodated a few of our special needs very quickly. From a user perspective, we're able to synchronize more data elements more reliably using DonorHub. On top of that, our users have the option of using the entirely web-based MPDX solution with this platform if they like. Great experience and great value.
Really haven't found a downside, other than the relatively minor monetary cost vs. a self-hosted. (though of course the actual cost of self-hosted was much higher in effort.)
DonorHub allows us to feed supporter data and donation information to our self-supported staff wherever they are. This allows staff to be very responsive to their supporters.

This is a very practical solution to allow team members who are raising funds for their support to draw information from our CRM without actually having access to it. This helps them in their fundraising (especially when linked to MPDx) and helps us manage data well.
The other stand out for us so far has been the great support from Troy who has 'gone the extra mile' to help us integrate the system with a new CRM and resolve an issues that occurred.
So far we haven't discovered anything significant to dislike, it does the job well. My initial suggestion for development is that the UI has a slightly dated visual feel, but it is still perfectly functional.

We use DonorHub primarily to connect our staff to MPDx. As an admin I appreciate that I can connect through Donorhub to answer common questions about funds and donations without having to be a coach in MPDx.
No downsides so far. Like I said, our staff primarily use MPDx to access the information in DonorHub.
More efficient than giving all of our staff admin access to PushPay. We are no longer needing to send out monthly donation and fund reports to our staff because they can now access this info themselves.
Our team loves the way that we can get almost realtime access to our donations and also a running total of the balance in our fund as expenses are also captured quickly.
I don't have any complaints about the software!
As mentioned above, we used to not know about our donations until we received our monthly reports. With DonorHub, however, those donations are captured with a day or two after they post.

I like that our missionaries can view their accounts in real time and that it allows them to make descions as needed without having to provide them with Quickbooks reports.
I've been using DonorHub since its inception I can't tell you one thing that I don't like about it. If I had to be picky I guess the graphics could be updated.
DonorHub helped our ministry overcome challenges of comminucating what was available in budgets. The nature of our ministry is that we are spread out. We have ministers in all different Time Zones and DonorHub allows them to get the access to the information they need on a regular basis.
