User-friendly chatbot builder

Nice option if you have a small business and want to try a chatbot. Inexpencise drag-and-drop builder, with no code (well, sometimes it might be necessary for extended catalogs that are too big for their templates, but this is not the case for SMEs).
The only problem: I'd be happy to have more than Telegram. WhatsApp would also be great to have/
