They should install dolphin it is user friendly

Well we are now using an iPad with dolphin we didn’t know now we can have patients fill out paperwork from the iPad which is 100% better

Being able to take an xray of a patient and not having to copy and paste it, it shows up directly on dolphin imagining. When taking images, xrays were quick to display and see.

I dislike when the office works in a different location that is not our own because we have to remote in and dolphin imaging does not upload images as easily.

Importing and exporting was difficult previously but now with Dolphin Imaging, importing and exporting is an easy process.

The ability to pull reports based on dates, location, and a whole host of other data.

Wish I could rename some of the data fields.

For practice and patient management, there really isn't a better program, especially in the orthodontic and dental industry. This does everything we need it to, and the program developers are always willing to listen to new ideas for improving the usability of the program.

Client and patient database organization. Image and file storing, pulling reports.

Nothing really, it's a solid program. It does what it has to do.

Be able to change time points and move them around to the order that you want, no indicated by the date.

You can change a time point at any time and easily send X-rays to other offices in a snap

dolphin ceph tracing has everything the doctor truly needs to evaluate ortho patients. there are lots of features, many i'm sure people are not really even maximizing

interface and layout is pretty minimal. while this is not bad, it would be great if the layout looked more current and not early 2000's-y. What is really a pain is as you place the landmark points, the tracing of the different curves of the face is so inaccurate. so much time is wasted adjusting the gray points of the soft tissue and bone structures... if that could be more accurate you'd save people at least 50% of their time completing ceph tracings.

familiarize yourself with all of the features provided in dolphin ceph tracing. contacting dolphin support is very helpful when you're stuck.

using dolphin, we don't have to complete ceph tracings and measurements by hand or on transparency pages.

I enjoy the fact that this program syncs with the Dolphin Management program. It is simple and straightforward and allows us to easily record and document necessary information for each patient.

I don't have any issues with it aside from the dolphin noise that is made when opening the program. Other than that, this program perfectly suits our needs.

The entire Dolphin software lineup is great for our needs.

Patient management and tracking. It streamlines the process and eliminates the need for paper files.

Retains originals for all photos. Good integration of radiographs, including CBCT. Extensive options for reviewing CBCT, including 3D reconstructions. Side by side comparison is an excellent tool.

The Capture/Scan and editing functions are often difficult to navigate. The layouts are difficult to create, and often change the photo sizes based on how you're looking at them. For example, if you crop in the "Everything" layout, it may look different in a user-created layout.

A high quality image management system with some room for ease-of-use improvement.

We are using it for clinical treatment planning. It has the benefit of keeping easy-to-navigate serial records, as well as detailed and comprehensive reviews of 2D and 3D radiographs. It is well organized.
