Dokmee DMS has a easy user interface, it s ease of implementation is good, easy to search for the documents - search interface is good.

Nothing tha i have come across until now.

Well the sharing capability of the documents internally has been easy and it sure does save a lot of time, search interface for the documents is easy and smooth.

It offers versatile document storage capabilities, allowing for the retention of various file types. There’s a 2 GB storage limit. The app seamlessly connects to both Dokmee Cloud and Dokmee web, whether it's hosted on-premises. I Like the user-friendly simplifies document sharing. It supports the creation of efficient workflows with rules-based document routing. Notably, the software excels in CS and maintains a commendable level of security and to ensure authorized user access.

There are a couple of areas for improvement. The user interface could be better for a more visually experience, and the search could be made more robust.

Nothing I can see right now

Very easy to use and helps us share word, Excel and PowerPoint files in a secure manner. Excellent customer service is also a plus.

It is very convinient to share files among users in the organization.

As of now didn't have nagative issues during usage.

It is storing any size of the repos and files so this is help full in many project. We have many files which are large in size and we require them for testing using DMS it is easily managable and accessible.

It is effortless to use and so easy to implement. I like how he is storing the data in a very organized way and one place only. Due to this, it is elementary to locate the documents. and the best part is they working on to customer opinion and based on that they are proving updates in there release with that feedbacks

Their design is so simple sometimes it seems very confusing to customers that this application is at the enterprise level or not. Most of the time, the scanned documents are not easy to locate. Text search also sometimes not working properly.

With the help ofDokmee DMS, I can upload massive size of files very fastly. There processing time to upload documents is rapid. And also, if we talk about security, so they are encrypting our documents before storing their system, so it is perfect this and reliable thing as well.

Its pretty much user friendly and out in the market in several languages, quite flexible to use

Needs to be little more faster, i heard from my colleague it gets crashed sometimes while uplaoding the stuff , this needs to be looked at

Guys, you must give it a try it works same as acconex but bit more advance

Storing large volume of data and material, we have one common sharing drive and everyone is saving their data there so as a backup we r uploading that stuff in dokmee

Compartively less features when compared with Google drive

Had to wait to receive confirmation email from admin which took long
