Going from organizing physical documents to online documents that I can safely store and organize better has been a huge relief. The communication is stronger and we can keep everything digital while still able to keep on track with the clients.

I really haven't had much gripe with this platform. I think it would be nice if we could paid an annual fee rather than a monthly.

When I need to find a specific contract, I don't find myself digging through filing cabinets anymore. Wondering if I had filed in alphabetically correct to find it easier. With docusend I can find it so much quicker and specifics within the document.

I am actually a real fan of this product.

I would definitely recommend the product to them. It's easy to use and there is a lot of storage capacity. You can also add team members and track the status of documents as a group.

I work in the apartment industry, and using Docusend to mail certified mail and sensitive information has never been easier. It saves me a trip to the post office, and I am assured that my documents are delivered. Also great for sending balance notices/invoices to past residents!

Honestly, I cant think of anything I dislike! Very easy to use, affordable, and there is even a free trial! If I were to give any advice, however, it would be to increase marketing/awareness of Docusend. I am the only one in my company who uses this service, and this is only because I happened to stumble upon it when looking for certified postage online.

Docusend is great for anyone who is a landlord or in real estate/multifamily. A lot of sensitive documents need to be sent in this industry, including 3-Day notices, past due balances, etc. It is very time consuming to have to go to the post office for all of these needs- so Docusend saves a ton of time!

I use Docusend in the apartment industry. I am always sending out correspondence to current and past residents. A lot of the information I send is sensitive, or needs to be sent certified to guarantee the individual received it. Before Docusend, I needed to go to the post office, or order certified mail slips online. A lot of my letters would sit on my desk for days/weeks until I was able to get postage or certified mail slips. Now, with Docusend, it is so much easier to mail out regular documents, certified mail, and track delivery.

With docusend you can close deals or any have people and coworkers sign any contract from their home. Considering covid-19 era this is crucial for doing business

Sometimes it’s confusing to some users. They need to find a way to make it more user friendly for elderly people

Great to send documents without just using email attachments. easy to use and website is clean and beautiful. Its nice that they offer an extension program for gmail and outlook. They have easy guides to show you how to use the program.

The advanced security options are pretty costly for my needs

Great for sending documents, and they have a great free trial option you can see if it works for you easily

The analytics they offer are amazing, to see even how much time someone has been looking at the document you sent them!

Docusend allows for us to specifically track who has been in each document which is a really nice feature especially as it pertains to documents that contain sensitive information.

Docusend can sometimes be a pain in terms of a lot of users on one account. However, their customer service has been really great for getting our accounts completely organized.

Benefits for sure stay with their customer service team. We had accounts all over the place and we needed to combine to be able to save on costs. While it's not user friendly int he sense you cannot do it yourself which sucks - their team is great.

Not suitable for a huge company as where I was, they stopped to use it because of the lack of interest in the long term.

I dont like the design and the content strategy that I find too old school for daily use, they need to make it more friendly.The website visual is not adapted.I don't know that much about how safe it but I was using it to certify sensitive documents between us and our partners/resellers.

I receive access to a proprietary portal that provides a six-month record of every file uploaded to the mailroom. It's really good as I always forget things but the fact that its record is amazing: you can reprint any document in case of a problem to prove things. You save time and it worth it.

Sending signed document has never been that easy

I like how it automatically extracts the addresses directly from the PDFs.

REST API integration needs improvements.
