Simple to use. I can create good-looking proposals with a couple of clicks. I've received many compliments from my clients.

Easy to use the document editor. It was great to get a preview of how my document would look on different devices, i.e., mobile/tablet, etc.

It was tricky to get a shortcut on the home screen of my iPhone with the app. It would've been nice to find it on the official app store.

I am speeding up my deal process with electronic documents and signatures. I've also realized document events were great for my pipeline. If a receiver of my document had opened it but with no response, I could give them a call discussing possible clarifications.
