It works with Gmail and keeps track of everything that is great for looking back and seeing what worked and what didn't work in real time.

Nothing I could think of because all the features are very useful! Even customer support is great. An integration with outlook and emails sequence, would make the tool more powerful.

Firstly, Docsify prevents tracking of my own actions in the sent emails, that is why I always can be sure whether it was truly open by a client or not.

Secondly, this tool tracks not only email opens and link clicks, but it also shows how prospects engage with my proposal (was it downloaded or not, it even shows me how much time they spent on each page of my proposal).

Up to now Docsfiy seems to me a great tool for email tracking. I haven't found any issues yet.

There are many things. Most of all I like tracking feature for emails that I send to a group of people. Haven't found any other solutions that are doing tracking per-recipient. And what's I love the most is - PDF tracker.
