Templates are not that helpful. it could have been better. Interface is not that friendly. As you get familiar with the interface, Things get better. setup takes time.

It's a must for all, who are in some way or other into documentation.

All my and my client's paperwork is on docsCloud. Life is much easier with docsCloud. Now I am no more afraid of documentation and much more sorted when it comes to documentation.

I LIKE THE UNLIMITED AMOUNT OF STORAGE SPACE , HOW EASY TO USE IT IS, HOW I USE IT IN MY EVERYDAY LIFE WORK, SOCIAL AND PERSONAL.

TRUTHFULLY NOTHING THAT IS WHY I REFER PEOPLE AND CONTINUE TO USE IT

WORK - IMPORTANT FILES FROM CUSTOMERS. PERSONAL- PICTURES AND FILES

If you need to work together, this is the best way to do it.

Sometimes, Docs delay changes, but the central part of the time works very well.

Documentation and knowledge transfer

So easy to use! I'm not a techie person, but I found it very easy to start building new documents for my business. Such as sign-up forms, order forms, learner application forms for my professional students, and PDF files for digital sales distribution! Just what I needed.

There is still so much more to explore, and DocsCloud is definitely going to be my 'go-to' place for all my documentation and course materials in the future, especially when my course curriculum and students grow!

I've not found anything I do not like at present; maybe with even more use cases, I will find something. At the moment, it is easy to use both their editable form templates, plus you are able to develop your own documents from scratch or upload an existing one and edit it to suit your current needs.

I love the templates in their library - it gives you ideas for building your documents, which you can use, edit or delete, as you wish!

I have developed documents that I had not even thought I needed until I saw the selection in the library of templates! A great piece of software - that's not controlled by Google!!!

It has almost everything you need for document management/creation/approval for businesses

The UX can be improved to reduce clicks; right now, if you have a folder you need to click it every time you need to access a document, it should save the Expanded/Collapse las view

If you need to create documents from forms, or fillable PDFS, digital signatures, extracting text from images/documents and having document repositories, this platform has it all!

Creating NDA/Contracts/Quotes in an efficient manner, and then collect e-signatures for these documents,in an automated and audited way.

I like to have everything all in one place and being able to add names and fields easily. Signing documents online is very simple.

As a new user, I would have liked more video tutorials to help me get started.

Good if you want to easily store document templates and have them filled out and signed quickly.

I am having documents organized in one place and being able to have contracts signed by clients.

I love that I can automate/mail merge documents by simply filling out a form. It makes my life 1000X times. Instead of making thousands of cut and paste edits to a document, I simply create the form. Create the template. Sync the variables and voila! I can have the pdf and .docx versions of the document. As a company that uses a ton of document processing software, this makes my life infinitely easier.

I also like that documents can go from template, to signing. Now that they are adding the workflow module I am excited to see how much more efficient my document processing systems will become.

The system was a little buggy at first, but their support is aggressive and tenacious. They work until they get a resolution to the issue which I love.

It solves our document automation problem. What used to take us hours only takes us minutes now.

DocsCloud is fantastic for frequent documentation for your business. I love being able to send a simple questionnaire document to a client and have them answer some simple questions and then automatically have a document generated and sent for signatures. Highly recommend

It's got a little bit of a learning curve and isn't quite as intuitive as it maybe could be.

Solved time consuming task of having to manually take customer responses, add them to the contract, and then send that back for signatures.

Web based allow you to access from anywhere and anytime for you and your team members!

Nothing so far. Server may slowdown sometime

Collaboration and access to documentation for team members specifically when working remotely!

Easy to use interface and a pleasure to use.

I have yet to encounter anything that I dislike about the application.

I've been able to streamline a lot of my processes and collaborate without any major hiccups with this application.
