It's a very comprehensive system with a lot of features but at the same time it isn't too cumbersome or difficult to learn and manage.
I think some of the original features, which are pretty solid and useful just need a bit of a refresh on the design (this is mainly admin menus).
Docebo allows us to configure the platform specifically for a client use-case. Broadly the key features provide a comprehensive experience e.g. easy access to courses, learning plans and assets shared by contributors. But it can also be configured to really match a client's brand and style - this is what sets it a part from other platforms on the market - the design can be changed to really make an impact on your audience.

The default GoLearn app enables you to have native mobile experience with no code dev required. For our company, the native app that is included in our package is a significant advantage, again enabling optimized experience for mobile users. Docebo's onboarding process is excellent, the ongoing monthly check-in with their team is very thorough and their online support is very fast to respond and highly knowledgeable.
For optimized instance we do use additional tools outside Docebo (such as Articulate). For advanced design look & feel, some HTML knowledge is needed (or you can use one of their partners).
We needed online solution for professional education that goes beyond webinar and videos. We have many educational events on-site. The LMS also enables us to bring the attendees better prepared, and have them depart with post-event knowledge base they can come back to.

Docebo gives us an engaging platform for our internal staff and external users that we can tailor and control. We can create customised learning plans for different sets of users and it is great that new users can be automatically enrolled on their prescribed learning based on their role or organisation. There is a good community to find best practice tips and support. The customer support is very responsive - you may not get the solution or answer, but our CSM is very good at communicating and setting expectations.
There are some features that require convoluted steps to use - for example assigning groups or enrollment options or the certification functionality where you may have to jump around 2/3/4 different menus/screens. It would be great if there was a wizard that takes you through the task (or make it intuitive for admins). I end up opening different tabs to make sure I don't lose my place.
The notifications (emails) that go out to users could be more flexible too. I find it limiting that you can't customise the fields. I have seen some very good ideas logged on the community platform, but some of them have been sitting there for a long time.
Providing a single central platform for company product training. We can create slide based training content, videos and webinars and host them on Docebo.

The reporting service allows us to track and maintain compliance - e.g. for mandatory internal training we can see who has attempted the course, how many times and if they have completed it successfully (or not).

The communication has been clear and efficient resulting in a smooth successful launch of our new LMS. Overall, I am pleased with our LMS and excited to see it develop.
During the few months I have worked with Docebo, I have come across very few issues. As expected, during the configuration of the LMS, it took some weeks to get things how we wanted and we faced a few troubles along the way. But thankfully, we had the Docebo team on hand to support us and resolve any issues swiftly.
