It's easy to upload receipts and get expenses approved. I like being able to submit my expenses/receipts on the app as soon as the transaction takes place. That way it's done quickly and while it's top of mind. Approving my team's expenses is quick and easy, too!

We switched to Divvy (Bill) just over a year ago, the move has been amazing for everyone at our organization who uses or reconciles corporate cards. The card holders now have ability to easily upload their purchases, when made, in real time saving them time at the end of the month reconciling to a statement - many staff have said this saves them countless hours every month. Our department heads are able to monitor / approve purchases in real time, giving them better control of their expenses and more oversight. Our finance team is able to reconcile and post to our accounting software in 10% of the time we used to spend. Can't think of anything better we have implemented in years that has had this sort of positive impact! Thank you Bill / Divvy!

Your software (app and web portal) is pretty smooth and it feels like you have thought of everything!

Very easy for the team to use and for administration to set up. Easy to move budgets from one team member to another, make temporary adjustments, etc. Easy to get cards for new team members. Coding of expenses is easy, uploading receipts is easy, requesting reimbursement for mileage and out of pocket expenses is easy. Redeeming rewards points is easy, but this does take longer than you'd think. Approvals are easy, and assigning approvers is easy.

Going to Bill has been a game changer for managing our company's transactions. Paying vendors and tracking payments is very easy & integrates with our accounting system, so no duplication time or errors. The credit card system (formerly Divvy) also gives us greater flexibility to give employees access to credit for only approved purchase amounts and tighter internal controls. Highly recommend switching over to Bill.com!

It has really helped our organization by having a central platform for all business cards (100+), and having one person versed in the ins and outs of the platform really does help streamline questions to be answered and transactions to be reconciled within our company policy.

Easy to navigate and upload receipts.

I love Divvy! Before our company was using spreadsheets to submit expenses. I love the ease of approving expenses, bulk approval, and the convenience of downloading receipts for specific trips.

its been a wonderful addition to managing our expenses. being able to have credit cards for certain codes and having the security to know if a card gets compromised I dont have to change with all our vendors, and run the risk of payments not being made.
