The best aspect of Disprz, in my experience, is their exceptional responsiveness and innovative approach. They have a keen understanding of our needs and consistently adapt their platform to meet them. This level of responsiveness ensures a seamless learning experience for our team.

While I've had a positive experience with Disprz overall, if I had to mention something I dislike, it would be the occasional complexity in the user interface. Some features may require a bit of exploration to fully understand, which could potentially be simplified for a more intuitive user experience. They have deep expertise in the L&D space and can provide guidance / consultation on how to execute learning plans. Their co-founder Kuljit found time to make visits to Singapore to check-in on us, while their customer success managers Raunak and Sai constantly look out for possibilities to improve the operations and user experience.

Nothing to dislike. They show enthusiasm in our success.

Our commercial sales department is inundated with a wide range of products to sell, making product knowledge difficult to acquire. The clean and customisable interface provides a refreshing experience that is similar to top eCommerce and video streaming websites that everyone has grown accustomed to, while the platform also allows us to make learning fun through gamification (earn points and win prizes). This has made the sales team view product learning more positively.

Analytics, elearning, easy to use. Leader view, Customization to user needs. QR scanning for attendance taking.

The report scheduler should also allow more report like Journey completion report. Updating status of the module completion should be instantly.

Auto awarding of PTC and CPD. Because everyday there will be Learners completing the module and they need to do policy submission. It should be auto awarding as there is a workflow which cannot be disturb

The Disprz team are very supportive of our organisation team during the implementation of the LMS from A to Z.

We do not identify complaints. The LMS provided by Disprz is an excellent platform.

It would be best if the skill assessment could be a standard feature in LMS, allowing learners to map and structure their learning journey according to their future career growth and aspiration.

Our team is new to LMS, and Disprz Team was there to handhold and provide guidance. Additionally, we do have regular check-in meetings to view the report and analytics, find ways to make the solution more engaging and further increase the learners' adoption rate.
