From my experience there isn't really much that I could say I dislike, I would also reach as far to say that there are not many, if any disadvantages to this software. I have heard some say it is pricey, but I do not own paying out for this software so I can't truly confirm or deny this.

It is a DMS (Delivery Management Software) that provides you with the best ability to deliver parcels efficiently by providing optimal routes to the drivers. This alone has helped the company with cost savings on both time, and fuel. Not to mention our clients appreciate faster deliveries.

I'm able to maximize the delivery process and boost earnings with one process.

Not really able to put a finger on a disadvantage right now.

Sometimes the app takes more time to update the status, and some keys are not functioning as you mentioned (eg:-broken tool, sometimes scanner, status)

The most deslike me about this website is, sometimes it takes more time in update the status of delivery. So, I suggest to company that please solve this problem.
