LOVE that we "own" our own dedicated platform and no longer have to rely or be subject to FaceBook's algorithms and seemingly arbitrary games. Everything about Disciple is amazing -- including their "bite-sized" onboarding training and attentive team.

Nothing to dislike....so far Disciple has exceeded all expectations.

Speed of set up. We had our app live and in the app stores in under 2 weeks. Superb support and a very capable system.

The inability to add a thumbnail to a PDF file or download in a folder. Inability for users to create groups.

Allows us to build a dedicated & focused community for our followers away from mainstream social media.

One of the best things about Diciple for me is the smooth flow and easy transition for my community members from social media platforms.

I don't consider this a downside yet a tip for and ease for the community creators. I would like to experience a less tedious way to add content.

I am creating community for Christian moms that may have a difficult time going out and meeting new people due to the responsibilities of home.

Disciple is built to counter all the things people hate about FB groups, forum sites and traditional social media feeds. By giving control back to the community (and away from advertisers and spammers), it makes for a better experience. The UX is simple and the support team are fantastic.

Some of the best features are for the mobile app only.

Look at the costs, work out a plan to cover them and go for it. Your audience will thank you for it.

I love the functionality, usability, and aesthetic of the Disciple app. They have an outstanding team, and their customer support makes all the difference. I find great value on The Collective app, where we have our customer community to learn along the way!

I would like to have more integrations with other apps and services and a higher level of automation that I believe is coming soon.

Disciple is the solution for everyone who's looking to create an online community with complete control of their game.

I loved how easy the onboarding process was and that we were essentially receiving a turn-key app that would allow us to build/strengthen community right in the palm of our users' hands.

The app is still fairly new, so there are some existing limitations in function that I hope will change soon. The updates/development process could be a little clearer to help users know what updates are ahead.

Disciple is the only tool I have found out there capable of making customers feel at home. The community we created on disciple has embedded customers in the journey to creating the ultimate experience. Sometimes, the sales can grow because customers can contribute and help us shape their experience with our products. The interface of disciple of also friendly, and has allowed us to customize our community to portray our values. Despite the high pricing, the software works effortlessly.

There is a growth curve, but that is to be expected. One things I look forward to seeing is the abilty to adjust the size of the text via settings on one's device.
