Love Diligent Boards. Easy communication with board members, and the D&O Questionnaire team led by Gustavo Morales is the best!

Calling into the 800 number after hours.

Rather than sending everything via google docs and email, Diligent Board gives us one portal to do all of this in. Super user friendly and cost effective.

The ease in which we can upload Board and Committee materials and we no longer need to use paper.

At this time I do not have any issues or concerns with Diligent Boards.

The ease of delivery to Board and Committee is much easier due to this product. In addition, having all current and prior books/materials with just a few clicks is very helpful.

Security, ease of use, ability to maintain past information at your finger tips

The ability to set viewers per book if a change is needed from the normal access group. I like that I can create a copy of a previous book and update it. Drag and drop feature is great and time saving

I would like to see improvements in the Resource area of Diligent. I like the features that Diligent offers when creating and editing books but those are not the same in the Resource books which make using it more cumbersum than when I create a book in Diligent

Being able to communicate information, forms, documents and reports in a confidental platform that is user friendly. The options that Diligent offers when creating books allow for an effecent use of my time creating these books.

Having one central loction for all our confidential and sensitive documents. I love the voting feature, books and chat! We have also received feedback from our Board members that they love having Diligent for all thier Boards they serve on in one central location.

The login process when first signing up was a bit tricky. A few of our Board members that don't have Diligent already kind of struggled with having two seperate websites between Diligent Boards and the main site.

We haven't had many problems with Diligetn Boards, but we did run into a shang with trying to figure out how to share a video clip through the site. Once we worked through that peice it's been fairly smooth sailing so far.

Diligent provides peace of mind throughout the Board prep process. Board meetings are the single most important recurring event every quarter, and the support and ease of use Diligent offers is a boon to ever aspect.

Having only employed it three times over the last year, I've thus far failed to come across any shortcomings. When you go from assembling, linking and publishing a massive PDF to a program such as this, I've experienced nothing but upside.

Errors happen, and corrections need to be made. Diligent "absorbs" the stress of what impending updates need to be made and permits all users a clean and concise means of receiving the corrected information.

Product has improved significantly, away from client based and going 100% web and mobile, making it easier and faster to upload content and manage meetings.

Support has always been excelent, with less than a minute repsonse times when calling thier 0800 line and knowledgeable technicians. I was always able to resolve my issues online and fast.

Billing might be a bit to automated but customer success managers make sure that any problem is resolved.

Dilligent delivers a nice and intuitive interfase for high level executives to read, share and review documents for their Board meetings and from their favourite device.

Diligent Boards is so easy to use and really requires very little training of the Company's administrators and the end read-only users. We continue to use the product because it is a secure way to share information with our board and executive leadership team.

It would be nice if it were a little more cost-effective so we could have more administrators and end-users. We are starting to utilize Diligent Boards for Mergers & Acquisitions and Review of Sysco's earnings materials.

Diligent Boards assists the Company with the capability of sharing confidential information in a secure way and it is easy to access and for our Board to use.
