I cannot think off the top of my head what I dislike about Digital Maas. Andrew and his team work very hard to make me happy.

Digital Maas help us scale our control over SEO & Organic Search. They do a lot of the leg work for managing our Google Ads accounts across 25 venues. They also help in special projects like tracking tags and attribution models.

There is nothing I can particularly point out that I dislike or is not functional. There is a lot of thought behind each feature, making life easy.

We have 100 locations across Tasman. DigitalMaas makes it easy to group sites under particular Operations Mangers, making management easy. Audits are a great feature to optimise listings. Bulk uploads of posts saves a lot of time.

They have a great deal of knowledge and work hard to get that knowledge across to the client. They also do a great job of driving things forward.

Sometimes their product development outstrips their ability to update us as a client, so new features aren't always communicated as soon as we'd like but they are there to be used.

Managing a large number of properties (+1300) across the country is made easy and they're always happy to help keep key stakeholders updated with the latest information

Franchise model has limited our ability to fully optimize each listing given ownership sits outside both Corporate and DigitalMaas control. This has meant we are tasked with providing recommendations without the ability of executing.
