The student experience. We have thousands of students, with many who are, at best, moderately tech-savvy and yet can easily navigate the DC LMS.
As a 12-year DC LMS user, I can't identify a downside to their system.
As professional education is an increasingly digital landscape, the DC LMS has allowed our firm almost effortlessly to transition from traditional classroom programs to on-demand video courses.
The monitoring of the students progress through the gradebook.
The time to originally set up the training materials.
The huge reduction in paperwork & admin time before submission to awarding bodies.

DigitalChalk LMS is solving the problem of time for us. Once we set the courses we save several hours of time throughout the month.
User and administrator friendly. Great customer support and on-going updates and growth of platform. The Digital Chalk team is highly responsive and professional in responding to our feedback and offering recommendations for improvement.
We find Digital Chalk to be very effective and have no areas that we dislike. Like any software there is always remove for growth and expansion. Both our users and LMS team members are pleased with the system.

It is very effecient to assist students and the interface is very user friendly. I love the relibilty and minimal to no downtime for our customers.
The rollout of the upgrade was a little tricky but it's been resolved.
The platform is perfect for our needs. They adjusted the ability to search for a customer and navigate forward and backward without losing the original search.

I find that the system is intuitive for creating learning materials (videos, text, etc) for training our item writers.
At present, I do not find anything particularly dislikeable about the system.

The Digital Chalk support team could not have made our onboarding any easier! Their materials are easy to understand and the backend tools are intuitive and easy to use. Our questions were alway answered quickly (by a live person) who is happy to walk us through a solution. Their knowledge and customer support are outstanding. They have taken every opportunity to ensure our success on their platform.
Digital Chalk was not our first attempt at deploying educational content to our clients - but I wish they had been!
Deploying our content on Digital Chalk has allowed us to provide more content to our clients - around the clock, 24/7 - with the flexibility for us to create the desired flow of our content in-house. It has also allowed us to automate a good portion of the CE/CEU process.

We have subscribed to their services for 11+ years; throughout this entire duration, they have been consistent and innovative. They have been true partners in the success of our company.
The wheels of change tend to turn a little slowly. While they are an innovative company that listens to the needs of their customers, the development and implementation of technical change comes a little slower than we might like. That said, we appreciate that they are willing to listen to our needs and consider new workflows to help us to serve our customers better.
They are updating their UI, improving reporting, and demonstrating forward-thinking. They are creating new technical solutions that are rarely found in the LMS marketplace, helping us dream bigger and develop new offerings.

I love that I have assistance in so many ways at my fingertips. I love having the opportunity to ask questions and work directly with a human during a dedicated session, to look up instructions, and to see videos regarding tutorials. Digital Chalk is exactly what we needed to create a company-wide LMS. We were up and running quickly and our users really appreciate how quickly they could jump right in.
This concern is not with Digital Chalk specifically, but with integration for us. Because we have very restricted video streaming (security issues), it would be great to have screenshot/transcript options for videos.
We have updated our compliance courses. Additionally, we have one stop shopping for those wanting to learn more.
