We've tried a few different eDiscovery platforms and DWR is by far the most user friendly for our attorneys and paralegals. Questions are answered lightening fast!!

Nothing that I can think of. No complaints from my attorneys, and believe me, they'd complain if there was a problem!

De-duplication of emails and marking for privilege and relevance and production of documents with an index is user friendly format. Quick, effective training for new users.

Support@digitalwatrroom extremely responsive. Redactions are easy.

No single sign-on. Duo is required and my phone is often being used for other tasks.

It is easy to use, most functions are intuitive and is very affordable. Support is fantastic, they respond quickly and are always helpful, even when I have had questions outside of normal business hours. Searching for documents, related documents and creating witness binders is a breeze. Easy to customize tags and reviewing and tagging documents flows well. Production has multiple options and I am always able to produce in the desired format.

There have not been any unresolved issues for me and I cannot think of anything specific that could be improved.

Cost effective e-discovery, review and production.

We process dozens of PSTs and Gmail data that need lots of analysis to remove junk and also test and negotiate complex keywords. In Digital War Room I was able to load over 200 GB of email, create and report on a number of keyword scenarios and email analysis very quickly. In most recent case I culled the data to under 20 GB for a bill of only $250! The support team is incredible and provided quick answers to questions and lots of training. We were able to quickly load opposing data using wizard, and making our productions was simple and quick. We have used a few other platforms in the past 2 years, but Digital War Room is head and shoulders above the rest in ease of searching, tagging, and production.

I haven’t found any yet, like every eDiscovery offering, it may not be perfect, but it is very functional for our needs. Definitely want to use 2 monitors as Digital War Room has lots of data on screen.

We review thousands of emails for production in federal court. This platform greatly speeds our coding and production, reducing our spend on hosted services and shortening the time to comply with discovery orders. The analysis features have helped our team to negotiate from a strong position in 26(f) conferences.

The DWR team went above and beyond to help us seamlessly migrate from a Single Matter license (Hosted) to a Pro Software license (Local), and they did so while offering generous and flexible terms tailored to our unique needs.

Bottom line, DWR is an outstanding value; the tool is powerful and intuitive, the pricing is exceptional, and the entire DWR team is helpful, friendly and fast. 10 out of 10.

DWR enables us, as a small team, to affordably process and methodically search millions of pages of discovery documents.

Though it provided all of the features that I have used with other document management platforms at a fraction of the cost. Very similar search and marking capabilities.

Thought the document download feature could be made easier to use; seems a bit cumbersome. Make it a simply click to access your computer folders.

It provides the document management system that every large litigation needs at a lower cost when compared to competitors.

Some functions are not that intuitive and need some interpretation. Screen instructions could be better in some instances.

Managing very large collections of ESI with limited resources.

DWR provides the intuitive and robust functionality of a subscription service like Relativity without the middlemen and gratuitous online hosting fees.

The subscription renewal process is cumbersome, buggy, and pretty scary to have to deal with when you have a deadline looming. It would be vastly preferable to have it autorenew like most other services out there, without any need for direct customer involvement.

DWR puts the power back in our hands when it comes to discovery, allowing us to host and interact with our own files directly, and produce them in-house without having to pay anyone else to do it. It has fully paid for itself and then some, savings us thousands of dollars every year.

DWR has amazing customer service and their price can't be beaten.

My only issues have been user error, but DWR is quick to re-teach me!

DWR has set up predictive coding for a large case with multiple documents that cannot be disclosed due to NDA's. It has been an effective tool.
