It's very convenient and easy to use, been using it for the past five months now, and it has never disappointed me with any glitches or lag

We can connect easily from our ATS system on dial-pad by clicking on the candidate's numbers. It redirects us to dialpad easily. Also, we have the option to run the app in the background which helps us in multitasking.
Sometimes the calls get disconnected in the app. Also, we are not able to make calls few times, we have to log out and in to make it sure it's running again. They can make improvements in these issues.
We can use auto dialer by clicking on the contact info of the candidate, it redirects us to the app and we can make calls from there. Helps us in saving out time during making calls.
I like the best in dialpad is that while we are in a call it provides transcripts that helps a lot in comprehending the customers inquiries.
I dont think there is any that there is not to like, it is easy to use and its features are on the right track for easy access.
with its features of transcripts while on a call it really helps me a lot to understand too slang spoken customers and we can review the conversation after the call, which is amazing.
Very useful love the text messaging and AI assistance. I also like the call recordings!
I Wish the Phone integration with Iphone was a bit better.

I can communicate through different lines and channels (phone, text, direct message), have meetings and coaching sessions, and create group chats with other departments. It's an excellent platform for call centers. The AI also transcribes the calls instantly, offering real-time input, and you can access the recordings afterward. Not to mention the platform itself is super well designed, with constant updates.
I want to be able to choose the notification sounds besides the ringtone. The meetings function doesn't work well on my computer. It would be good if I could set the order of my Favorites; currently it's sorted by alphabetical order.
I can communicate with everyone internally and externally in one channel. I can also access all the records and track the interactions.
The Dialpad Analytics and pre-recorded voice mail feature.
The AI transcript feature needs to be improved a bit since it is unable to understand a lot of words we say.

As an AI tool, the setup has a learning curve for the tools, and the data need to be constantly updated for the best ratios and results. I would love to see improvement in the machine learning algorithms for easier detection of trigger words

We use this app every single day. In the office and with customers ..... All hours of the day and night . Allows us to work remote and not have to call from any personal numbers. Chats and Meetings also a great assett when working remote. Also text based marketing to remind clients of events or specials coming up. Allows you to reach multiple campaigns at one time. Dialpad Sales is really good for multiple lines and if you need different routing options. Transcribing calls in real time allows the management to monitor your call and possibly help out with a sales pitch or rebbuttal. Allows new employees in the marketing department to observe sales calls in real time. The people administrating were helpful and went slow when implementing the software into our system.
What we have issues with from time to time are dropped calls . Every now and then when you are on DND there seems to be missed calls . You can track the call and ususally figure out why it was missed. Like if two calls come in at the exact same time it only reroutes one of them. Having people that are unfamiliar with the software is the hardest part of using it.
Being able to intergrate it with the other software we use daily. There being a variety of features. Really enjoy being able to send videos and links to employees and clients. We can always tell if another person is on the phone or available with out having to leave our computer. Call quality 7 texting speeds are great. integration with all the other software we utilize is outstanding.
