DialPad made having a central hub for calls and client management easy. Call recording was easily accessable and call monitoring was a bonus. DialPad made it very easy to track team members calls and maintain client communications.
As a new user I spent a lot of time chatting with support to get solutions. The knowledge base is a great once you learn how to use it, but the search function is not the most intiuitive. Support seemed readily available and would offer a call back option to save your time.

The quickness and the way that the Ai Contact Center tries to resolves in an appropriate way. Its is easy to use and very easy to understand. They offer a solution as soon as they can.
There is not much that I have to complain about the Dial Pad Ai Contact Center. One thing that I can probably say about Dial Pad Ai Contact Center is that is should have more color coding the colors make everything look close together.
The only situation that I had with Dialpad was that my business email would not sync with my Dialpad account. I had to use my trainers email for a month before we were able to escalte it and get it solved
Calls connect quickly, the sound is great, and the Ai generated transcripts are pretty spot on. Makes doing business over the phone easy. I haven't used any competitors, but Dialpad is so great I have no reason to start looking elswhere.
I'm not the only one with access to the phone lines, and sometimes when I call a number, it doesn't show right away that someone is speaking with the same number, but it's not a huge deal. It updates eventually. Worst case, the person gets a call from us while they're already speaking with us, so not a big deal really.
All of the sales representatives at my company have access to the same lines, so whoever is available can call and text, making the sales process quick and smooth. Customers are often shocked at how quickly we respond, whether it's a text or a call. Dialpad makes it very easy to do over the phone sales.

We have been using this a little over a year now. Every day we find something new and helpful. Great experience with the customer support when we reach out with different issues.Overall a great experience . Fantastic that employees that are new to the software adapt quickly and are able to navigate with ease.DIALPAD has made our callcenter deliver a higher level of service. The whole team appreciates to be able to call out from the mobile app . Allows technicians to be able to have their calls logged and recorded from out in the field. Bringing record of all communication with our customers back into the office . Over all a great experience in and out of the office.
Only thing that comes to mind is the dropped calls and the calls not being put through. Upside for that is you get notified of all new, missed ,ALL calls. sometimes new CSR's or techs take a little time to use Dialpad within the other software but just a few lessons and we are good to go.
When customers call and say they were not contacted for things like rescheduling or no shows. we have record of times of calls and transcript or recording of actual call. So that helps with customer service and providing cll center with good customer service.
