I love that it's automatic. I don't have to babysit anything. It's so important to stand out these days when it comes to online shopping/e-commerce. Dialogue is a tool that communicates with the buyer to help keep them engaged - providing a more personalized experience.
Very difficult to see pricing. It'll be one of the first things at least smaller businesses will want to see.
It's a great tool to communicate with shoppers without me having to do so.

The fact that Dialogue works completely automatic is a game-changer in this niche. Other ecommerce personalization and optimization platforms do exist but they require a dedicated team to operate and manual adjust with builders and A/B testing. Dialogue is an all-in-one done is for you platform.
There's not much to dislike because you see results rather quickly but I would improve the backend visualization module just to present the results and graphs in better way.

Dialogue's ability to convert customers is just fantastic. I'm not sure how their algorithm works, but it has more than doubled the conversion rate of our landscaping supply e-commerce store. It's uses predictive personalization, which I believe analyzes customer preferences/tastes to suggest them the most relevant products. Put simply, it's fantastic. My favorite feature is the diverse copy. It changes the product sales copy based on the individual consumer. This is a game-changer, and I've not seen another product offer this.
While I have been using Dialogue for the last 2 or so months, I haven't seen anything that I would call a dislike. I can update this section if I come across a dislike.

It needs to eliminate the need, for a team by leveraging AI and ML technology. Customization options are somewhat limited the potential it has is cumbersome with increasing competition in the market.
Ive been using Dialogue for months now and so far I have encountered many things to dislike about it. The slow results and informative graphs provided are poor. I do think that improving the visualization module would increase the presentation.
It does have the potential to hinder connections and face to face interactions. Over reliance on this platform may diminish the authenticity of interactions. Undervalue direct communication skills that are crucial for building strong relationships.
