What do you like best about Dialogue?

The results become apparent quickly. The only suggestion for improvement is to increase the visualization module to present results.

What do you dislike about Dialogue?

It completely replaces the need for a team. Relying heavily on AI and ML limits customization options.

What do you like best about Dialogue?

I love that it's automatic. I don't have to babysit anything. It's so important to stand out these days when it comes to online shopping/e-commerce. Dialogue is a tool that communicates with the buyer to help keep them engaged - providing a more personalized experience.

What do you dislike about Dialogue?

Very difficult to see pricing. It'll be one of the first things at least smaller businesses will want to see.

What problems is Dialogue solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's a great tool to communicate with shoppers without me having to do so.

What do you like best about Dialogue?

I like the fact this tool does everything automatically. You need to set it up and then just watch the results coming. The backend analytics is simple to consult.

What do you dislike about Dialogue?

I've been using this tool since 5 months already and so far, I haven't found anything that I dislike.

What do you like best about Dialogue?

We started working together with Dialogue two years ago.

The integration was very simple & fast. The Dialogue team were patient to all our special design requests, the outcome was that all banners look as if they are a natural part of our website's design.

We started seeing amazing results very quickly - increased conversion rates, session value and time on site. Dialogue’s solution has the ability to generate content automatically and personalize it without any effort from our side.

What do you dislike about Dialogue?

There's not much to dislike.

Even if there were things we did not like, the Dialogue team fixed it.

We have enough tools to do 'merchandise' and promote products on our website.

What do you like best about Dialogue?

I am amazed by the way Dialogue manages to deliver with its automated generated messages about a product. It's so effective.

Being a customer, I see something intriguing, I want to know more about it. Dialogue creates such a situation that makes people want to know more, and that turns a shopper into a customer.

What do you dislike about Dialogue?

I wish to see more options to control automated messages. I mean, at least the design to match the brand.

What problems is Dialogue solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefit is that Dialogue helps everyone save time. We are a small team with people of skills that need time to focus on many things.

What do you like best about Dialogue?

The fact that Dialogue works completely automatic is a game-changer in this niche. Other ecommerce personalization and optimization platforms do exist but they require a dedicated team to operate and manual adjust with builders and A/B testing. Dialogue is an all-in-one done is for you platform.

What do you dislike about Dialogue?

There's not much to dislike because you see results rather quickly but I would improve the backend visualization module just to present the results and graphs in better way.

What problems is Dialogue solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dialogue essentially replaces the need of hiring a dedicated team or an extremely pricy manual solution to increase conversion and store engagement . The platform is completely automatic and it just works autonomously as powered by AI and ML that continuously optimizes the results and algorithm.

The benefits are aplenty - increased conversion rate, increased ARPU, higher engagement and lower bounce rate.

"Dialogue uses AI to convert customers at a fantastic rate."
What do you like best about Dialogue?

Dialogue's ability to convert customers is just fantastic. I'm not sure how their algorithm works, but it has more than doubled the conversion rate of our landscaping supply e-commerce store. It's uses predictive personalization, which I believe analyzes customer preferences/tastes to suggest them the most relevant products. Put simply, it's fantastic. My favorite feature is the diverse copy. It changes the product sales copy based on the individual consumer. This is a game-changer, and I've not seen another product offer this.

What do you dislike about Dialogue?

While I have been using Dialogue for the last 2 or so months, I haven't seen anything that I would call a dislike. I can update this section if I come across a dislike.

What problems is Dialogue solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dialogue has upped our e-commerce conversion rate considerably. It's remarkable. We had an existing conversion rate of 2%, which by e-commerce standards, is good, but not great. Dialogue has helped us to double the rate, which is fantastic.

What do you like best about Dialogue?

It needs to eliminate the need, for a team by leveraging AI and ML technology. Customization options are somewhat limited the potential it has is cumbersome with increasing competition in the market.

What do you dislike about Dialogue?

Ive been using Dialogue for months now and so far I have encountered many things to dislike about it. The slow results and informative graphs provided are poor. I do think that improving the visualization module would increase the presentation.

What problems is Dialogue solving and how is that benefiting you?

It does have the potential to hinder connections and face to face interactions. Over reliance on this platform may diminish the authenticity of interactions. Undervalue direct communication skills that are crucial for building strong relationships.
