"devContact presents real-time solutions to deal with incidents"
What do you like best about devContact?

The ease of use and customization of this software is amazing. It is a very useful tool that facilitates our work through incident management. This software provides a chat module, so that the client can respond in real time. Another feature that I like about this software is its analysis section that allows us to keep track of the incidents that have been resolved, the pending incidents and those that are open, in order to measure our effectiveness.

What do you dislike about devContact?

The web design of the software does not adapt properly to mobile devices, so some icons may appear messy.

Recommendations to others considering devContact:

devContact is the perfect tool for companies that handle a large flow of incidents. I recommend it, especially because it can be integrated with your own company's applications.

What problems is devContact solving and how is that benefiting you?

devContact provides our agents with the necessary tools such as a knowledge base and a live chat to be able to quickly respond to requests from our clients, which has greatly reduced our manual efforts and has progressively improved the issuance of tickets, even automating certain requests for part of the customers.

What do you like best about devContact?

devContact has everything we need without being very complicated, its way of using is easy and simple. They always improve their quality, it is very modern and we like the way of managing conversations with our clients. It is an ideal application to give solutions to problems, generating a precise database including all the important information of each person.

What do you dislike about devContact?

The application for the phone is not the same, since its functions are not optimal in all the devices we use. We hope you can work to solve this problem and thus be able to use the necessary tools to provide current support. In addition, customer reports take a long time to update and we lose a lot of time in that, we would like to have quick answers as they help in our processes and are excellent.

Recommendations to others considering devContact:

I recommend devContact to automate the way in which your customer service manages the needs of your users. This application stands out for its problem management and Chat, to solve and make decisions when needed.

What problems is devContact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its main benefit is the quality of information it provides to our users, it offers us the quality we need to work on the needs of our customers in an organized and simple way. It allows to have an organization in our work activities in an easy way, and also fits our needs.

devContact has helped in solving customer problems and build loyalty by giving in-app messaging service.

What do you dislike about devContact?

They need to focus on the web based software, they are lacking in this segment.

Recommendations to others considering devContact:

In my opinion, devContact is the best solution to all the app publisher companies because they are giving the best in-app messaging facilities which helps reduce the customer complaints in a such way that the users always get satisfied.

What problems is devContact solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are helping to engage the users proactively by giving an option to create and share FAQs with App users in real time. Helping or giving solutions to app publishers, increasing the user retention and bad reviews from the App store.
