Fully featured, reliable, at a fraction of the cost of other comparable products. Great customer service. Phone apps are reliable, and Covid signatures were introduced in a timely manner. The team is active, and new features keep getting added.

Arabic text in labels always gets messed up. The interface could use a bit of design touch.

It's probably the best bargain software in its niche. I've checked many alternatives before selecting this one. They have a fully-featured API, so it can be integrated easily with internal systems.

It helps us organize and plan our deliveries in a structured manner. We print labels, and our drivers scan the labels to get the jobs assigned to them. This saves alot of time and eliminates errors where the wrong driver picks up the package.

The driver app is very useful. The admin panel is very good. Very easy and convenient delivery management. Delivery proof with images and geo tagging. Easy API configuration with our EPR software. Very easy configuration for SMS notification.

GPS history on vehicles is missing. Group deliveries and organizing with which comes first and second, etc., are missing.

Before Detrack, we plan the routes on paper, and it was a mess. With Detrack, we have effective and clean delivery planning I reporting for every single delivery.

Managing all the deliveries has become very easy

The interface across both desktop and mobile is easy to use. It's helped us to simplify and streamline our logistics management within our business. Being able to update our drivers with information while they're out on the go from one centralised platform is brilliant. It's also helped us to continue with our digital-first scheme to reduce delivery paperwork and overall printing. Easy access to see where our drivers are is critical and is a huge benefit from Detrack.

After using Detrack for over 2 years, we are yet to find anything that we are unhappy with or does not work for us. They have an excellent system for providing feedback to which is always dealt with quickly, which is excellent.

Finding a centralised transport management system that multiple people can view and manage anywhere was the original goal. Accessing Detrack from anywhere in the world has proved to be a huge benefit over the last few months, with many colleagues working remotely but still able to collaborate and accurately plan logistics. Detrack has far surpassed the expectations, and we couldn't ask for more!

We can manage drivers and deliveries easily and quickly. It is easy to see our deliveries and drivers using the map view, which helps save costs by allocating to the nearest driver. We can also see the progress of our drivers as they are delivering which is very useful

Detrack is constant in their solutions to any queries we might have. As soon as we hit send, they already come through with assistance.

Their website is organised and makes it easy to navigate

We haven't had many faults when using Detrack. We have had issues with refresh rates, however this doesn't happen very often to be an issue.

It makes managing delieveries and vehicles easier.

-Special instructions not displaying to the driver after they hit next location, they would have to go into the delivery to see [would be nice if the special instructions just popped up

-auto resending of emails when changing a driver or details, would be nice if it asked, would you like to resend. Also cant send notifications for items added to today's run
