Its easy to use, easy to implement, and easy to integrated with your website. our custerom support team love desku software. there AI making our work very easy. we can say that desku is all-in-one software for your customer support team.

there is nothing like dislike as of now. we have submitted new request for enhancement. i'm sure that they are working on it.

Delivering timely and quick customer support
What do you like best about Desku.io?
We used Desku to build our entire support setup in the early stages. It quickly became our go-to platform for managing customer queries and documenting the most commonly asked questions.
What do you dislike about Desku.io?
We haven't really found anything that we dislike. I feel the tool has great scope and will soon be capable of competing with the bigger players in the market.
What problems is Desku.io solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have a dedicated support team yet. So, we're basically managing all support ops between a few members. That's where Desku's AI Assist feature has worked wonders for us. It quickly analyzes past interactions to provide a quick and accurate summary to respond to any query at hand. This has significantly fast-tracked our support delivery.

What do you like best about Desku.io?
With Desku we have been able to automate many of our support queries. We were able to implement the desku in very short time. Since we started using desku, we have collected huge insightful data. The pricing is also very economical.

Fantastic platform for customer service teams
What do you like best about Desku.io?
Desku is an awesome tool to keep on top of all my customer interactions. I found this when I was searching for a customer service tool that didn’t come with a big price tag. For small startups like ours, paying $70 per month was not practical. I’m so glad I came across Desku, which gives me the same (even better) features is less than half the cost.

I like the shared inbox that makes ticketing/ticket assigning easier. Getting a quick overview of all the customer details is easy, which helps my team solve customer queries more efficiently. Answering these queries is also a breeze with AI assist (gives intelligent responses).

Desku has been phenomenal in helping us reduce the TAT for responding to our customer queries. We are also saving time by creating template responses for standard queries.

Affordable alternative of Intercom
What do you like best about Desku.io?
We had replaced the costly intercom with Desku, and it was a lot of savings indeed. We liked their AI-powered support bot, workflow automation, and all other features, It is quick and easy to set up.
What do you dislike about Desku.io?
Nothing so far I disliked about Desku. It has all we were looking for.

io is Amazing!!
What do you like best about Desku.io?
Desku.io is simple to use and provides a wide range of characteristics, such as an editor for dragging and dropping and an extensive collection of connectors. Desku is used for automating help across several platforms, especially WhatsApp and email. The product is reasonably priced and client service is excellent.
What do you dislike about Desku.io?
Something in the tool remains in its infancy, but I feel this product will do well if they stay on the right track. There have been multiple improvements to the chat widget, dashboard, and mobile apps.
What problems is Desku.io solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a SaaS company. They assist us in rapidly resolving client inquiries. We make benefit of their Slack integration. Their bot handles the majority of the requests, allowing us to focus on our business. Desku.
