Desk Time- Automatic time tracking system makes organisations and users make informed decisions about individual productivity and their time spent on various activities. This helps authorities to compensate the deserving individuals and act against less productive employees.

It counts and metrics all the activities done after login to log out and becomes a little complex solution to segregate between desired and undesired activities of t the individuals.

We are using Desk Time to monitor and improve the productivity of the individual and organisation as a whole, award the deserving employees and keep track of less productive employees.

That it tracks my time automatically without much effort based on my computer work. My work is mostly done on a computer. But is also connects to Outlook which is perfect.

Well the integration with Outlook could be more frequent so that changes are reflected faster in the system.

I need to know how much I'm working and on what. Also be able to track if I'm working beyond my schedule also on weekends.

Desktime had really helped me in monitoring my punctuality at work, it even sorts out my different tasks and loads that makes time management very eagerly planned.

As for my almost two years of experience, I had not disliked that much Desktime. Aside from the system updates and upgrade that freezes the app sometimes, I think it's better off for the improvement of the system.

It basically solves all the monitoring problems our company is experiencing. It lessens the time consumed and it automatically generate reports that are both helpful to us administrator and our empployees.

Desktime's screen capture settings allow for time tracking at intervals you determine. This is very helpful when using screen captures to troubleshoot computer issues.

Would like to be able to automate the exports. It may be a feature I just have not yet discovered.

Desktime tracks employee time so no one has to worry about forgetting to log their time. The private time feature gives the employees the option to take care of personal business without having to go to a different computer. For employees, it saves space not having to accommodate a work and a personal computer in the home office. It also works well when troubleshooting a hardware issue. The screen capture feature gives the ability to see a problem as it appears on the employee's screen. That helps diagnose and resolve a lot of quick solution issues and reduces down time for the employee.

Desktime is low foot-print program and does not require many resources to run it. What is good about Desktime is you set it up for someone and can forget about it. It will log what they are doing and if they are on a website that is not productive, you can white-list it on your end so it will report your employees as using their time wisely. It's a reliable app for us that is not too intrusive.

I would like other features available on it, however, one of the things I don't like is that Desktime doesn't accurately report Teams usage. Sometimes our employees are on calls the whole day so it looks like they could be unproductive for hours at a time. It is also best to restart laptops every 10 days or so because we have found Desktime may hang and not report correctly after that time.

Employee productivity usage and what they are doing they are doing with their time. Desktime enables us to look at employees and see if they are doing their job or just playing around.

the real time tracking, if you leave your computer for 5 seconds, i know you left, you can leave a macro doing things in an app but because of the info gathered, i would know

I dislike that when i invite someone new, nothing is blocked so they can change a lot of things, i would like for the new users to not have any permisions and then i give the permisions to them

for my company, desktime is solving the employes lacking in home office, it helps me track the time in the office, it helps me adminstrate better the absence (home office for some, vacations for others)

Desktime is an excellent product, and it works well with easy installation.

The software is cloud-based, so your usage history is safe even if your computer breaks or is lost.

The desktop plug-in is super easy to install. You can add additional plug-ins to monitor extra activity, and overall this is almost essential for us to understand where our productivity is and to track time against projects.

There is no downside to using Desktime. However additional integrations would be nice with industry-standard ITSM tools.

However, overall, this software is well-designed and works well.

Desktime helps us track time spent and for employees to know how they spend their day. This is especially important with our hybrid working strategy.

Desktime enables you to flag specific applications as Productive or Non Productive and helps us understand how productive we are.

You can also see if you work too much, which is vital to maintaining a good work/life balance.

Visual representation and to the second timing of tasks makes it extremely easy to analyze and. make conclusions about the best way to allocate our time better.

It would be helpful if you could compare different months of different years to each other to see increases or decreases in productivity. Also some of the graphics are little dated, but that is okay. It does the job.

It's really helping people stay on. task and allowing us to analyze certain times of the day of when to be more productive and when we are not being productive. It gives us motivation.

Desktime is so good that i gives you exact amount of time you spend on each project while working on your system. It's so helpful that after getting analysis report we can put more efforts on important project and boost our productivity. We can schedule our shift by selecting start and end timings and save it for future as well and the best part is we can access via mobile application as well.

For me, Its a best software which increase my productivity as well as share the feedback of all day analysis about me. Now i can share my feedback with my employees as well and area of improvement in our work. This software runs smoothly from any remote location which so useful for our business.

DeskTime is so impactful for me that after having this install our productivity has been increased and now we can run our office smoothly even from remote location. Shift scheduling is so much helpful because now we set our shift timing on DeskTime and can easily access via mobile application. That's why totally recommended to my friends.
