My education learning platform had recently gained a lot of traffic. We had a lot of visitors looking for support from us, however, due to our busy schedules, it was impossible to manage them ourselves. We received a lot of emails however, were only able to respond to half of them, and our live chat schedule was practically offline for the majority of the time. We really wanted a solution that would solve all our issues, and provide our visitors with the same support that we would be able to provide ourselves. DeskMoz was the answer to our solution! For the past few months, I have had DeskMoz live chat embedded onto my website. They have been nothing short of exemplary customer service and offer THE BEST 24x7 live chat offering I could ever ask for.

What do you like best about DeskMoz?

I like everything about DeskMoz. When visitors on my website have an inquiry, DeskMoz agents respond quickly and ensure that their inquiry is resolved to their satisfaction. I'm sure even I wouldn't be able to do it. They are very dedicated.

I love that there is a dashboard where I could sign in and view all the transcripts of the chats. Additionally, it offers me a panel in which I can modify the look and feel of the chat software. To add, this is included free in the DeskMoz plan. It's something no other business can offer.

I could even add other staff members to access the dashboard. It allows us to also improve the FAQs we provide, which the agents refer to for providing the user exemplary customer service.

What do you dislike about DeskMoz?

I like everything. DeskMoz provides everything we could ever ask for, and much more. It's the only tool required for a business to be successful in its customer service field.

What problems is DeskMoz solving and how is that benefiting you?

DeskMoz allows us to offer 24/7 live chat on our website, regardless of the date. They only take a few holidays every year, which I understand as everyone needs a break.
