The tool is very easy to use and covers all our needs. In particular the hybrid scheduling is very valuable for actively and successfully living our hybrid work culture.

I appreciate the aproach Deskbird team has to clients, full of understanding and always looking for ways to bring value to us. They are also quite efficiant, I prefer our short 15 minutes syncs to align on next steps.
On the other side, tool is providing us with clarity on how when to organise events and ensure are office runs smoothly and effeciantly. Visibility on who is in the office and when is also great for people to connect.
Event feature has been great addition but it is missing the calendar connection. If that is adjusted I believe it would be more effective.
Hybrid working policy can be complex and Deskbird is helping us navigate it with ease.

Das Programm ist Cloud-basiert, was in unserem Fall oft dazu führt, dass Bilder nicht angezeigt werden können, da Cloud-Anwendungen aufgrund von Sicherheitsbestimmungen in unserem Umfeld nicht freigegeben sind. Dafür kann aber DeskBird nichts. Im "freien" Internet funktionierts einwandfrei.

What I appreciate most about deskbird is that it made sure that all the seats were filled with people on (almost) every day. The ease of use and the nice interface were immediately accepted and utilised. All the necessary functions are there (finding people's places, number of employees on the day, bookings, etc.). Meeting rooms and car parks are also easy to book.
I'm not convinced by the analytics area, although I couldn't specifically name what bothers me about it. Compared to the other features, however, I am underwhelmed.
In addition, deskbird is reasonably priced in line with the other offers. Compared to the price of tools that we use all day to earn money, I think the whole segment is a bit too high for one booking in the morning ;-)
As already mentioned in the "I like it" section, all employees accepted and used the tool immediately and the introduction was therefore very easy. It is very rare that someone sits in a seat without a booking. This shows me that people really enjoy using the app.
So the roll-out solved two problems:
* People enjoy coming to the office and are relaxed because they are sure to have a seat.
* Because people enjoy using the app, they do so reliably and every day.

It would also be nice to be able to analyse each user individually. So how often he was in the home office, how often in the office, absent, sick, etc.
