ShipRush integrates with Quickbooks, so I can't accidentally ship to the wrong address. If a customer has an address change...ShipRush pulls the info in real-time. With ShipRush, we can get the rate first to ensure we're on the right track plus, the repeat options save so much time on multiple box shipments.
Sometimes it takes a bit to get newer invoices to show up on ShipRush, but they do eventually.
Our shipping labels are created remotely from our boxes and shipment pickup area. The customer-facing staff makes all the accounting, customer info and shipping decisions, so all the shippers have to do is put on the labels. It's super easy to ship.
We have fewer mistakes when customers make last-minute changes because the shipping info is pulled into ShipRush in real-time...as soon as customer service updates Quickbooks Online.

We have been shipping products through multiple sales channels (e-commerce website, eBay, Facebook marketplace) for 20+ years. We have tried other solutions, including built-in shipping solutions, but have found ShipRush to be the easiest and best way to process shipments from all channels and compare multiple carriers for each shipment with just the touch of a button.
We are hard pressed to find something we dislike about ShipRush -- we've had a few technical glitches over the years, but nothing out of the ordinary and nothing that could not be solved with the support provided.
Multiple sales channels consolidated into one shipping solution allows us to one-stop-ship all of our packages from one screen. This makes processing shipments more efficient.
Multiple rate quotes from several carriers on one screen allows us to choose the most cost effective shipment for each package, which helps the bottom line.
What we like the best is how easy and quick it is to complete each shipment. It imports all the shipping info from our website and puts it in a nice clean list. We click on the order we want to ship, and all the order information pops up. Put in the weight and dimensions of the box, and you can get quotes from all the carriers in one list! No clicking around to various places to get quotes and find the best rate. It's so so easy. Click on SHIP - the label prints. Then it sends the tracking info back to our website and marks the order as shipped. It's the best software and interface for shipping we've used in the last 15 years, out of 7 to 10 different options we've tried.

It's very hard to think of any downsides. The only thing they could possibly improve is a quick way to add a package to a previously sent shipment. Sometimes we want to send another box out if a customer reported an item missing from their order.
It's our full shipping solution for all orders leaving our warehouse. It's quick and easy and intuitive for all of us to use. It has made everything easier and saved time by doing all the importing and exporting of shipment info from our Shift4Shop website.
I have four different sales avenues, and they can download the sales and then upload the tracking information without me having to do any more than fillout a lable information.
I can not think of anything. The product works just fine .
Coordination of all the different sales including ones from Etsy, Paypal, Amazon and our website.
The system works seamlessly and if there is a problem, getting a resolve is extremely easy

The automation of taking orders from quickbooks and putting them into a program for shipping products.
Every once and a while the servers don't catch a new order. It's very rare though.
It's taking the time out of hand typing the orders into a shipping program eliminating possibly extra typos allowing products to reach their destination. When I get hung up on an overseas shipment. Support is always helpful and fast.
I enjoy that the program is very user friendly and everything is automated from my Shopify website to Shiprush. So there is no need to enter customer details to print out a label.
There isn't much negative things to say about Shiprush. The only downside I would say is sometimes the website is down due to updates or website maintenance.
Shiprush is saving me a lot of time. Time is the main thing shiprush is benefiting me. I no longer have to enter customer details manually.

There's not a ton to dislike. I would say the only thing is ShipRush can sometimes be slow to report outages on their outage site. Certain development tracks such as generating the proper Hazardous Goods paperwork for UPS and FedEx can be slow and frustrating, but for the most part their development team is incredibly responsive and is willing to add a feature quickly (within days to a week, which is fantastic).
ShipRush allows us to have one central location to ship packages without regard to the source of the order. They also allow us to add multiple carriers and compare shipping costs with the click of a mouse.
