I like the level of integration that's available with other programs, especially Macropoint.

I do hope to see more drayage functionality in the future.

Aljex solves the problem of how to show up for your customer in an organized way. We are able to run reports, etc. and give effective insight to our customers as a result.

Having all the information on one screen it's easier to fill and also the page itself shows you the most important blanks we need to fill

Reason codes, since sometimes is tricky finding the correct reason code that goes for every specific situation

When assigning to each rep, Aljex automatically pops up the right rep for each load which has been benefiting for me since it has made the job even easier

We use Aljex mostly for creating documents and streamlining our business.

The UI is not always the easiest to use when editing carrier confirmation V2

It streamlines building rate confirmations to send to carriers in a rush. It benefits us by eliminating a task that is time-consuming in such a fast-paced environmentt.

It has multiple options for tracking loads in many different modes, LTL, intermodal, van, reefer, flatbed, air freight

We use VISION and although you can have multiple tabs open with different search/tracking filters set on each one, it resets all to the last search you preformed. I hear LIVE has fixed this but we are not on LIVE yet

(1) Aljex is healping millions of stakeholders sustain effectivity in doing business specially in this fast this world of technological advancement. (2) Aljex integrates other paltform i.e., truckstop and DAT that makes it a lot easier for monitoring progress, realtime updates and etc. (3) Alejx is very user friendly and on a rate of 1-10 Aljex nearly would be nearly zero for system issue.

In fast operation of business it is very crutial to not be updated for the current situation sometimes when system is down it might be hasle to manage. However, aljex rarely get into system issue and when this happen it gets fixed quickly.

For users who is not very familiar with locations Aljex has a awesome feature for Maps and for that it will be a lot easier to determine distance and with incorportaing it with Macropoint things will be very healpful for tracking and getting estimates and epectation for distance travel.

wish there were other options to attach files to shipments to elivate having to do extra emails.

no more printing out paper for shipments. Its all on one screen and able to access wherever I am at anytime.
