Employees can easily access, we can pay online and all of this reduces questions and time to complete work.

Probably the ONLY feature of their not-so-new website is that they will send a faxback of the information, or you can have it emailed instead. That's a nice feature. That's the nicest thing I can say about their website.

Where to start?? Although the faxback/email of information is nice, it would be so much more convenient to just be able to find the information on the website! It is SO not user-friendly. Trying to look up a claim is nearly impossible. I've complained to them more than once, however, nothing has changed. The website only tells you if someone is eligible and nothing more. The former site gave SO much more info, even if it looked a little dated. I expect to be able to find most if not all of the information I need at my finger tips. Isn't that the purpose of the website?! The only thing I have found it useful for is eligibility and a faxback of benefits. I gave this review awhile ago, it's probably been over a year, and NOTHING has changed. You still get absolutely NO information on the website what-so-ever. Boo.

I haven't really noticed any benefits with Dental Select. I used to give out their information to patients looking for an individual policy, but since they have changed their website, I no longer do that.

Allows you to search for a dental plan, such as a discount plan or co-pay through insurance.

When you get a list of dentists in your area, you can't click on their name to find out more about them, like their educational background or what languages they speak.

The program gives you a list of dental providers in your area and what insurance they accept.
