Onboarding and customer support were one of the main reasons I bought Demoboost. Their services team is experienced and responsive so any time I need training or demo customization engineering to beyond functionality available out of the box, they help us move fast enough to keep our sales team happy.
Very small user workflow improvements could be made. For example, when capturing a screen through the browser, the plugin sometimes closes before I have entered the page name. But I am sure they will get to this soon and in the meantime, it does not block my main needs.
Improve win rates by having sharable interactive demos show the value both during meetings and in between calls as prospects are able to show their colleagues what they love about our offering through Demoboost.

Some features that we would like are not available. However, we have been collaborating with the Demoboost team to include it in the next release.
We have used Demoboost during the sales process and early delivery - discovery/workshop sessions. Our Account Executives, Sales Team, and Architects use ready demos that we store in our repository. It's easily accessible to our team and brings consistent, clear, and best-quality demos.
I love how much output you get for how little effort you have to put in. Building demos is super easy, especially with the help we got from the customer success team. Once the demo is ready- I keep reusing it with minor tweaks and modifications to personalise it to the deal I'm working on.
We had some issues with capturing one of our dashboards, but the team got onto it very quickly and fixed it for us.

The cool thing about Demoboost, for us, is how easy it is to build interactive product demos. Literally, just snap some screenshots, connect the dots, and bam! We'd been wanting to enhance our demo experience for prospects, but the whole task felt like a mountain to climb. Demoboost has been a game-changer for us.

As for the downsides, we haven't experienced much. No complaints so far.
Having ready-to-use demo templates without needing to wait for presales to build one for us. We just make some minor tweaks to tailor the template to the buyer we speak to. That takes 5 minutes instead of a week.
Presenting our tool to prospects is like a walk in the park with Demoboost. Our tool is very complex and up until our organisation bought Demoboost, I simply didn't dare to present it to the prospects. I would always ask our Solution Engineer to support me with it. Now I have those mini demos ready for the first calls with speaker notes. All I need to do is click through the clickpath and read the speaker notes. Up till now, I have had the next steps after each meeting when I used Demoboost.
Not sure if that's Demoboost's challenge or our internal one. I would love to have the speaker notes attached to each button on the page, not only the screens in my clickpath. That would give me so much more confidence when presenting.
We have always known that the leads want to see the demo after they the click 'Book a demo' button on our page. Instead, I would show them a presentation and explain what we do. Now, we are showing the demo in the first call which usually results in second calls immediately

There is no such thing that you'll dislike it, as in the product demo domain this is one of the product I am sure, we will get a lots of features in future from the demoboost team.

Easy to use platform, support & CS help are exceptional. I love the video feature (it really helps to personalise more generic demo templates), and the possibility to include different things, like HTML screens, images, videos, pdfs - makes the demos even more engaging.
Some elements of the interface are not captured very well, but it’s quickly fixed via support, so I'm not complaining. And very dynamic things won’t be captured in HTML, which was expected, but the CS team is always eager to find ways to make it work too.
We were looking for a way to increase our pipeline and progress deals faster. And using Demoboost interactive demos for marketing activites help with lead generation (+ analytics helps to focus our time on those more engaged). And we actively share now demos between the meetings in follow-ups - we quickly customise demo templates for that, instead of wasting time on video demos. And customers love it + it takes less time now to close deals.
