It's pretty easy to track and search for information and results.

I don't have much ooinion on this but it is okay.

The pros and cons of automation is it's sensitivity.

It optimises the work flow of laboratory and suitable for single site facility

It is abit expensive to install and to maintain.

It's helpful for giving out results about blood count and other characteristics of hematology. It is user friendly and gives out pretty accurate results.

There is a long time to start the machine and when shutting down the machine, it doesn't warn you to switch it off and then can cause problems the next day since then it will have very long turnaround times.

To compare the blood sample given out from the Medonic and the Sysmex to compare values and Sysmex tends to be easier.

Fairly user-friendly, troubleshooting is fairly straightforward and has required little to no calls for maintenance/issues in my hospital laboratory.

Turnaround times affected when maintenance needed, but that is more due to small errors/issues. Have not had any large-scale issues with Sysmex at my facility.

I do recommend this, but do not know enough about pricing and implementation to recommend it against other specific laboratory automation.

Allows for my lab to maintain and improve turnaround times for testing, leading to quicker diagnosis and subsequent treatment for patients.
