Email marketing is becoming increasingly popular now a days especially CRM. As the market is full of marketing software’s so it creates a problem for small businesses that which software is they really need without wasting their time and money. Delivra is solution to all of their problems as it is one of the most trusted and longest software in the market for more than 15 years. It is especially designed for industry users and also their customer service is no doubt excellent. The UI is extremely flexible and software ability of automated communication makes things more fluent.
Although it’s a great software but still it lacks a free trial version. Consumers can’t test the free trial and have to purchase the software which somehow is problematic and tricky as they never get to know whether they need it or not unless they buy. This option is not budget friendly for small businesses. Also, it only opens one window at a time so we can never compare two windows at same time.
Overall, it’s a great tool for small businesses and my final thoughts are positive for Delivra. It’s very easy to link e-commerce websites with Delivra Commerce feature. The integration of CRMs with ecommerce makes all the marketing process easy and UpToDate. The company really need to add more languages support and should introduce a free trial version for small businesses. The Delivra can make many improvements in these fields.
PROS: With Delivra I can have an easy access to my contact list in a most meaningful way. I can target prospect contacts and record metrics for my marketing strategies. Its support team is excellent and responsive. They are always friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We love the drip campaigns, and this allows us to keep track on everyone who is active in our lists, so we can clean our contact lists and make more significant interactions.
CONS: I cannot text-wrap when I create emails. I use the drag and drop feature but I always waste my time in trying to manage the length of my email text. I faced some issues when I try to manage our segments. I would like to see an option where I can have an access of every contact in each segment and the ability to manage those segments.
Delivra immensely helped us in managing both our multimedia marketing channels as well as campaigns to reach more customers and increase sales effectively. With the help of CRM integrations, we can reach out to our customers just on time and on top of that, we can communicate with them in a highly personalized manner which eventually helps us in understanding and building a non-robotic relationship between client and customer.
The contact list is not sorted, and you have to create data every time you plan to send personalized emails to consumers or clients. The navigation within the software is way too hard, every time you need to open a new tab, you will have to log in and you can open only one window at a time. There is no way you can compare two windows at once.

It doesn’t matter if your company is small or large business scale at the moment; it will benefit you all according to your needs and desires. It works significantly with both business to business as well as business to consumers’ ways. We are so glad that we decided to use this software for our multichannel marketing platform.

You can find lots of videos, webinars and how-to trainings that will help you to customize the changes. You have various opportunities to increase your email marketing strategies without changing the email marketing software.
CONS: I feel like we don't use the full potential of the software
PROS: User friendly software. The creation of email templates is interesting and very easy to set up. Delivra offers great drag-and-drop feature so we can build our emails and we can even change the layout easily without losing the whole process and starting over again.
CONS: We don’t have any dislikes by now.
PROS: The system is easy to use and very intuitive. You can easily upload contents and make it look more professionally. You get reports, and they will show you the number of people who are opening and clicking on the email you have sent.
CONS: I would like to keep the color palette and to use on other layouts. I don’t like to play the guessing game when it comes to choosing the background colors we use for our emails.
PROS: Delivra is user friendly platform that allows me to format and rearrange email list easily. When I don’t have time to create my own design templates I use the templates directly from this platform and my emails are ready to go. I love the interaction from the employees, they helped me with every single step, and they are always available for any questions.
CONS: When I started using Delivra I found out that it is a bit harder to format certain aspects of the message such as social media buttons, because they do not appear exactly on both Desktop and Mobile display.

Delivra doesn't have a good mobile version, it is complicated to use from a mobile device, they could improve that aspect.
