David Harper is always available and helpful with any question we ask! We very much appreciate him! The platform is super easy to use and the organization of the files is great.

I can't think of anything I dislike about it.

It is allowing us the track the QR for ads, it is used to display numbered lists for customers to view on their phone, for literature downloads and event sign ups.

Using the Delivr platform is super easy (I have close to 100 QR codes) and they have a ton of fun options (like different design features for the codes). BUT lately, their customer service blew me away. I was traveling overseas and having trouble with a code but I was having trouble accessing my account due to my location... they went out of their way to help me in just a few hours my problem (which was my fault) was resolved!

I haven't found anything that I dislike or struggle with.

I have a number of books - each book has it's own QR code. But within those books, I reference a lot of other websites, charts, toolkits, etc and I have a QR code for all of them. Not only does it make it easier for people to get those resources, I can go into Delivr and see which ones people are going to more. This helps me with what I work on in the future.

Its ability to create and customize campaigns is phenomenal. There are so many possiboilities and I am stunned to see the technological implementatio for QR code campaigns. It also offers API integration which is a plus.

Nothing much to dislike, It is a very good online web based tool.

We have been using delivr for a number of years for our printing sevice. Delivr has a great easy to use system. The price is right. There customer service is next to none. Customer support is easy to reach and always has clear answers for any questions and they go above and beyond to help when you need them.

I couldnt find a bad thing to say if I tried.

Organization of codes/campaigns. Delivr keeps us organized by being able to add titles or notes in the backend as well as putting codes into a group "folder". Its makes items easier to find to access and edit for each series of codes we create.

We used Delivr for a number of campaigns to add tracking mechanisms to promotional print pieces for analytics. It seems like everytime we use it, new features are added and they seem to think of everything that a customer may require.

I can't think of any. It has always been great user experience.

Delivr offers the best value, IMO, out of numerous the QR Code platforms available.

Delivr has been a total gamechanger for us because it gives us the flexibility to control the backend of our QR codes. The customer service is lightning fast and fantastic, too!

We can send items to print knowing that the QR code destinations can be controlled afterward. Also, the landing pages and interstitial pages are really useful!

It's real time reporting is the best essence of this product. The QR code generator is not random like other simar free services. It contains detailed information of our business.

It could have been a bit less expensive. However, you don't get great things for free. I felt that even though it's expensive, they have a great payment structuring allowing us to pay every quarter of bi yearly.

Kindly opt for 30 days POC before you decide. I'm sure you will be satisfied.

Ease of Payment from consumers. Our finance system URL is usually lengthy and the consumer needs to access the billing page and go through the lengthy payment process. With delivr, we are now able to send them our customized QR and they can pay us using UPI.

I wanted to create a QR code for a small event. but I was only allowed to 3 QR codes in the free version... I feel like we could have more options with only 1000 scan options.

I can easily promote brands by sending customers directly to their websites.

They should provide more options for small businesses to try so they can then commit to a monthly or annual fees.

Delivr gives excellent service, they are fast and friendly at supporting every time I have needed help with managing QR codes. I strongly recommend them!
