Defendify is an All-in-one-solution for cybersecurity, from educating end users to scanning dark web for compromised password, vulnerability testing to wenbsite scanning.

It is very easy to implement, use and integrate with other systems. Customer support -during implementation and after- is solid and fast.

Our company uses Awarness Videos monthly. They are short ,training the end users on a variaty of sophisticated types of attacks. The questionaires at the end of videos are short and if one fails , Defendify offers extra training.

We are very impressed with monthly phishing campaigns, very realistic and always subjects are up-to-date with the latest real world cyber attacks.

Dark web scanning , one of the Defendify All-in-one cybersecurity package, provides great inside in the world of hackers helping our company to prevent any possible attack.

We have been using Defendify All-in-one cybersecurity for a year , and the combination of phishing simulation , end users training and security scanning helped our company to maintain a security posture .

We tend to keep most security testing and remediation in house. However Defendify helps me keep an eye on our networks with tools that exceed the capabilities we have. Vulnerability scanning is a crucial piece of the cybersecurity puzzle and the tools they provide along with the ease of use, have lessened our workload quite a bit. The simulated phishing campains have proven very valuable as well.

The only issues we have had, have centered around the internal vulnerablilty scanner. It's a very good tool. It can be quite thorough which can cause unexpected issues with some systems when you are not prepared.

We are a Government contractor and it plays a very important role in our path to Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification. (CMMC) It is one of the tools in the toolbox that aides in addressing gaps in our cybersecurity posture. This in turn makes our network safer and more resiliant.

Our company uses the Awareness Videos monthly, the videos are top tier because of the voice acting and more importantly, the content. Defendify's videos are not only entertaining and short, but the training is completely up-to-date!

Defendify educates end-users on variety of sophisticated types of attacks. The questionaires at the end of each video are short enough, and if one was to fail, Defendify provides corrective training. I should mention, not only are their videos great, but Defendify's Phishing Campaigns are equally as top notch!

Defendify's phishing email campaigns are very realistic and don't limit the end-user from exposure to variety of sophisticated email attacks that could potentially lead to the end-user being compromised.

Ultimately, after using other products for security training and phishing campaigns, the combination of Defendify's Awareness Video trainings paired with Defendify's Phishing Campaign our company is more vigilante than ever.

I can't recommend this product enough!

We do not leverage all of the capabilities of Defendify, so maybe they can improve on other aspects such as AUP, InfoSec Policies, etc aspect of their product to make it more attractive for administrators to use. This would be nice if templates were easier to create, use, modify for various regulatory needs (SOX, SOC I/II).

Defendify allows us to maintain a security posture unlike any other. Our company is up-to-date on all our Awareness Videos and we maintain a cadence with the phishing campaign. The two paired together make a wonderful product for our company and end-users alike.

With a single, affordable platform, Defendify has enabled us to check off a number of our security requirements, including Penetration testing, Vulnerability scans, Awareness training, and Phishing simulations. It is easy to set up, easy to use, and comes with your own customer success manager eager to help bolster your security program.

Defendify lacks SSO integration and SCIM provisioning so we've had to manuall manage users to take advantage of the phishing simulations and Awareness videos.

Defendify has, with a single platform, enabled us to implement a number of best practices for our security program all at once.

Superior interface, effective tools and ease of use.

I have not found one after 6 months of use.

Single pane of glass for security that enables analysis of current state of your environment.

The single pain glass UI is very maangable to navigate and understand where each option is located. Very idiot proof.

Wish there were more videos for guidlaines/instructions easily available for more services such as what cab be done to remove certain vulnerabilities. At times the report can be very long and confusing to read a scrub through. Videos are faster and easier to follow for people that suffer from time contraints .

The internal vulnerability scanner helps show the compnay holes in our defense and thus assist us to find solutions quickly to fortify our defences.

The support team has been great and fast. Our entire team has learned a lot from the training videos and it is great to see them using it in the office.

We are still new to Defendify, but it's great

Recently our company has noticed small areas of concern within our email base & Defendify has helped direct us in the right direction to fix these issues.

The phishing simulations are relevant, not too complex or too simple. The awareness videos are up to date and just the right amount of time.

I have yet to encounter a problem that wasn't corrected by the team.

Defendify is helping our team stay up to date with the latest threats and training the avoid them.

Onboarding was super easy. Cybersecurity awareness videos and being able to track employee participation has helped us tremendously in keeping our staff trained.

We have not run into any downsides in the 6 months we have been on Defendify platform.

It provides us all the information we need at our fingertips for any IT due diligence requests we get from our partners.
