What I like is that feedback can be given straight forward, the software interface is clear and neat is fun to use feedback is very well organized and basically fill all the company needs. You can check feedback right away and also see who gave you the feedback which makes this tool somewhat interactive. Best thing is that coworkers can be read and feel that their opinio matters. Great tool user friendly, very useful and also reliable. This is a must when working with big teams.
There is not much that I dislike, mostly that at the begginning when you use it for the first time it can be confusing, you will need to navigate through all the features and tools to use it in a appropriate way. You will have to invest time to really get to know the program well, but its not rocket science once you get a hold of it it is simple and very friendly.
My recommendation is to use the software mostly when youwant to keeo track of performance of a group also this tool give power to the people, because they are the ones that provide feedback. Action can be taken based on what people have to say. I don't have anything specific which I don't like. We have everything we want in this tool.
We are trying to solve problem of getting feedback of the peers not just the manager so we have a 360 view of how the employee is performing.
The important uses of this 360-degree is to get and find where we are. Because of this 360 degree we can find our place or stand where we are, because of this 360 degree the result shows our positives and negatives to the management or higher authorities to make our self to do a better performance.
Dislike means without our knowledge gathering information from a others is not likely one to that person who are being judged here. Sometimes, we may be punished by this review because the result makes the higher authorities angry and may they take the decision very aggressively.
We can get the feedback about others without their knowledge, we can simply says that it will implement and update the results of the reviewers. My suggestion is whenever you want to get a feedback about any person from a third-party it will be helpful.
We can't say the exact problems we are finding and solving here, we just knows the place where we are when compared to others. The feedback makes is showing our positives and negatives and it makes to learn new things or to correct our mistakes and not to it in other times.
