DearDoc has helped my business tremendously. The AI chatbot feature on my site has saved me both time (answering questions that visitors cannot easily find on my website) and money (no need for a secretary and DearDoc has lengthened my website visits and interest in my website, thereby converting more visits to booked appointments). I will forever be a loyal DearDoc customer because of the personal touch the team provides. I am on monthly calls with Rachel and Casie, who not only show me my website stats, but offer creative improvements to my chat dialog, which is updated monthly so that my site feels fresh and current. We have also included videos in the chat so that visitors also feel and can see the personal touch and don't feel like they are just talking to a robot. I actually enjoy my monthly DearDoc calls and look forward to seeing my business continue to grow organically with such an inspiring team, who truly feel like a part of MY team.
