Going through the pricing and quotation process in a completely digital way
My favorite thing about Dealhub has been our implementation partner Maya at Appsoluti. She has been a great partner to think through what is the best way to accomplish what we are looking to achieve, is always prompt in her responses, and works to make us successful.
We have run into some techncial limitations with some of the more advanced features that we would like to have namely in automatic syncing back to Hubspot.
DealHub is enabling us to help automate our CPQ and approves through business rules and logic. It is a flexible system that we are able to make adjustments to quickly as our business and products adapt. It is also helping us guide our sales rep through the processes and steps that they should be following to achieve more favorable outcomes.
I love the software concept. We've found that it addresses almost all of our needs, which is not easy considering the wide range of customers that DealHub partners with. I also really like the team we have been working with. They are knowledgable, efficient and always willing to help.
There are some downsides to using DealHub, mostly centered around items we would like to see in the tool that do not exist today. We have been told that many of these feature requests are either on the roadmap, or being pushed for by the teams. As DealHub continues to grow and involve, and figure out ways to implement some of the features that clients are asking for, I think there will continue to be positive results.
We were using a Google Worksheet for pricing our deals prior to DealHub. With DealHub we will have better version control, more efficient approval processes and a tool with guided selling questions to ensure that our Sales team only needs to make selections which are relevant to their specific deal. Overall DealHub is allowing us to more efficiently price new deals, get them approved and out the door to prospects.
DealHub is the best CPQ platform. From configuration to quoting, DealHub has exceeded our expectations. Configuring complex products and services, pricing capabilities etc. ensures that our quotes are accurate. The platform's quoting and integration capabilities have also been a major plus. The user-friendly interface and customer support is also exceptional.

DealHub has great support and is fairly easy to build and implement. Connecting to Salesforce was easy, and the ability to pull or sync fields is done through a simple drop down section. The DealRoom is a fantastic way to present deals to your customer, and there's a lot of customization that can be done to both the PDF and the DealRoom.
For any issues or concerns, I've found great success with the support team or through our account executive.
Like all SaaS products, there are features or changes you'd like to see that are not available yet. However, they've done a great job to take my feedback and leverage the expectations on whether I would see those features in the future.
There are things that aren't able to bend to the way our business operates, but there really isn't a tool that can fit every single need for a business.
Digitalizing and standarding our quoting process. We have Salesforce, but do quoting externally in an excel model. DealHub allows us to modernize this process at a much faster pace with how simple and efficient it is to build in DealHub.
In the beginning, was not easy beacuase Sparkplus is the first company that implement Dealhub in Korea.
Luckily, I have met the best manager from Dealhub(Omri Oshriel) and was able to finish the project successfully.
Our managers are happy with Dealhub now so I am satisfied with introduce Dealhub to Sparkplus.

Flexibility and how easy it is to adopt and implement.
If you don't know what you want you could end up with some technical debt. Sometimes how it interacts with Salesforce isn't ideal.
Dealhub is helping us quote business and manage subscriptions. This helps us have consistency in our business around pricing and enables us to have better reporting around purchasing.
Very flexible to build questions groups that exactly match our needs and lead our sales teams into creating a comprehensive quote that is consistent with the corporate brand and in a trackable and auditable way.
The onboarding support has been amazing throughout our extended time of setting up and since deployment.
Sometimes the flexibility of the product can be a negative point as there are a lot of options and often multiple ways of getting to a similar outcome this certainly could have been the case with Dealhub as there are lots of options but the support and onboarding has ensured that we have been guided in the right direction at the relevant points.
We came from a history of having lots of spreadsheets of products and pricing and more information in lots of people's heads, going forward we are centralising all of the information on the product and pricing and taking some of the skills and knowledge out of building a quote.
