What do you like best about DealerSocket?

What I most loved was the implementation of the engine6 web management.

The system is truly amazing.

What do you dislike about DealerSocket?

Sometimes the troubleshooting was a little hard to fix.

It benefited in making my tasks easier when working with all of the implementation of the systems

What do you like best about DealerSocket?

I like that it is easy to teach new people on how to use it

That there is audio notifications when recieving anything new from a customer

It solves the problem of tracking customers and their data and it helps us retain, follow up and re- solicite our data base

I like how easily dealersocket tracks my clients and adds tasks for me on a daily basis to facilitate my personal customer service.

What do you dislike about DealerSocket?

I currently have no complaints about dealer socket.

I'm not the most organized person, with that being said; dealer socket has benefited my ways of classing and organizing my clients.

What do you like best about DealerSocket?

Offers an array of tools to help dealers sell and service vehicles. This Product enhances the overall customer experience.

What do you dislike about DealerSocket?

Completing the task can be more difficult that it needs to be. The only way to close out a task is to select "spoke to the "customer" or "left message" and add a note that says you were unable to leave a message." That is something that should be improved. Also, the " Read Notes" that appear in the task list are annoying.

What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?

The major benefit for me is that I am able to toggle between both our RV crm and our Automotive CRM

What do you like best about DealerSocket?

Ease of use and cleanliness of UI. Everything functions with minimal ease to get to where you need to be.

What do you dislike about DealerSocket?

Prefer the OLD CRM to Black Bird. Wish they took more time to train on Black Bird.

What problems is DealerSocket solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking customer's that come through LEADS as well as fresh ups. Keeping notes on customers and pushing trades through VAuto.

Dealer socket easily displays all the names and info of my client. It makes it easy for follow up calls.

I think the app could work a bit faster, but other than that it’s great!

Such a great way to store customer info and last purchases as well as service history!

There is nothing I dislike about it! The features are great and it’s easy to use and very helpful working at a car dealership

This is a very good program I love how they actually give you a certain amount of tasks to do everyday

I dislike that sometimes when you want to log someone it doesn’t delete or detect duplicate customers
