The support team at DealerPeak is top-notch! We have created a fantastic relationship with the support team and always get help right away. The support team goes above and beyond to call us to touch base & see if we have any issues.

What do you dislike about DealerPeak CRM Center?

There is nothing that we dislike about DealerPeak.

What problems is DealerPeak CRM Center solving and how is that benefiting you?

Anytime we have needed an issue fix the support team gets it done within minutes.

overall there is nothing that I dislike about the CRM

What problems is DealerPeak CRM Center solving and how is that benefiting you?

a huge benefit is the desking tool, my managers are able to pick up right where the other one left off with a customer without missing a beat. Also they can push the deal from the CRM directly into Dealertrack and Reynolds making it much more efficient for everyone involved in the car deal.

Their customer service. They are always there to help.

What do you dislike about DealerPeak CRM Center?

The removal of the easy click to call on the customer profile page. Now it creates a lot of unnecessary tasks I now have to delete.

Recommendations to others considering DealerPeak CRM Center?

It is an easy CRM to use and maneuver. I have been using Dealer Peak since 2012. They have made amazing improvements and work on the technology side of it daily.

What problems is DealerPeak CRM Center solving and how is that benefiting you?

I do not know of any problems in need of solving.

Great for reminders

What do you like best about DealerPeak CRM Center?

I enjoy that this CRM tool keeps customers organized so that I can be reminded to reach out to ones that may have otherwise been neglected. Being able to look at inventory through the software is also amazing. It shows a lot of great data, including age of inventory. This helps me improve profits, which is always good.

What do you dislike about DealerPeak CRM Center?

It took me a while to learn this tool. It is the first program of the kind that I have used, so I am not sure how it compares to others. The interface seems dated, but it still does what I need it to, so that is fine.

Recommendations to others considering DealerPeak CRM Center?

Ask for somebody with experience for a tutorial on how to use the software. Once I asked tips from a coworker who has used it for a while, it really helped me out.

What problems is DealerPeak CRM Center solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to go back through my customers and look at the ones that need more attention. I love that I can see if they have been able to read e-mails. In trying to reach customers that don't typically like to be bombarded by a salesperson, this helps see whether or not they are still engaged.

Transfering over from CDK to this program was becoming more of a head ache then previously imagined which is why we in the past did not move forward with dealerpeak Easy to use and easy to learn program

What do you like best about DealerPeak CRM Center?

I like most that the program is so user friendly and the support staff never let me down

What do you dislike about DealerPeak CRM Center?

Not to many dislikes, if anything I would say that better education on the benefits of using it over other programs was never something that was sold to me. It became a program only the BDC and Internet used rather then the entire staff.

get all the staff on board with switching to this product and it will be a much more loved and easy to use program offering all the same benefits.

it was mainly used as the CRM and follow up platform.

Needs some fine tuning but overall ok

.Easy to use, doesn’t take much training to get the jist of it

What do you dislike about DealerPeak CRM Center?

There are some minor issues in inserting cars in emails and sometimes the email is jumbled to customers
