Dealer center has been a great asset with the growth of our dealership, mostly because of my account manager Bill Reilly who is always extremely helpful.

There isn't much to be said here, but I would like more integrated lenders

data entry, inventory management, and finance are all things dealerCenter is helping us with

There's a lot to learn from DealerCenter; William was very helpful in training me and reviewing my questions!

They do not have the flooring companies integrated in their system besides Westlake since they're sisters with them

Helping me be oragnized with the inventory and able to update the deals as soon as I get new information on either additional cost or prices.

The website is the best! Landing page is top notch and it's well done. My Rep William R is great and always there to assist.

Dealercenter streamlines the proces by incorporating all needs into one portal.

We really enjoy the integration with the website and the banks. It allows you to do several things without leaving the interface

It's a little pricy once you get to use some of their integration

Compare prices before you jump on board to make sure you are getting the right value. If you are not using all or most of all of the tools they offer you might be spending a little bit more than you should

It lets you keep track of all of your deals and the profit/expenses related to the sale of the vehicles

Instant and excellent service from Mark Brady. We use Dealer Center for our CRM, DMS, Website provider, Credit reports , booking services, and even Autocheck History reports!

It was difficult to learn the program at first but with support and training now the tool is wonderful and we use it all day every day.

Just do it, try out Dealer Center and you won't be disappointed!

Dealer Center has made our entire process seamless and easier than ever before, we've used Reynolds & Reynolds and ADP before and neither were as comprehensive as Dealer Center

Can't think of anything that I dislike about DealerCenter

eContracting is finally available through DealerCenter for the BHPH Dealers. We had a few hiccups in the beginning, but everything is great now.

This software is really easy to use and they have great support!

Every month they offer more and more tools. Some are included and some are an upgrade but all are based on their user's experience and enhancing it!

Our Buy Here Pay Here process is much simpler with DealerCenter! We love their contract templates. Now we are about to go completely virtual with their e-Contracting even our in-house finance deals or cash deals will be much more simple.
