Since using DBSync we have had great customer support from the team. Syed Danish has continued to help during new implementaion periods and the integration period was very short and easy.
Connector is very usefull for our application and we have not found anything we need, that it cannot accomplish.
Setting up a new Quickbooks database connetion
The integration automation it provides between my QuickBooks and Salesforce is saving us time and are up to date. David and Ullas have been helpful through out the process answering all our queries on time.
Nothing as of now yet but in case if any thing comes up I shall add it here in the future.

I don't have any suggestions. I was able to find the phone quickly. I guess one thing would be to be able to find my agent's phone number to dirctly get to her. However, after I left a message, I received a call back quickly.
